Absolutely brilliant! Called in to buy skirting boards, floor boards and architrave. The lad who serviced me was very patient as I got a lot wrong and had to go over it all again. Sorted it all out for me.
The chap who delivered it all was just as good.
Give me lots of advice when I asked questions and so very pleasant.
Will be definitely be going back to buy the rest of what I need.
Read the other reviews and surprised that many want all smiles, singing and dance when they go to buy goods!

Friendly staff and large selection of timber.

Firstly, good selection of stock, got what I needed.
Secondly, Customer Service Skills NIL! VERY unhelpful and rude, Yes I am a woman but I expect a little bit of friendly service in this MAN's WORLD. Not a smile, Hello or can I help?, I asked where something was, a point and a down there was my answer. No help to move my purchases although the staff did see me struggling in the car park. Will probably have to use this place again as Vic Peggs has closed, now that WAS a friendly place!

Watch out and pick the timber carefully.
The guys at the counter need to be helpful... They can be so up themselves it's unbelievable.
But search the timber and you should be happy with the purchase.
