We would like to say a massive thank you to the Knaves family who held a darts event on the 21st July. The 32 players who took part in the event at the Bull Inn, Faversham, raised an extraordinary £1255 for the Charity. That’s enough to provide 49 nights of accommodation for one family, and we’re extremely grateful.

Last year, Amy Judge and her family walked 14 miles for the charity on our Hike 4 Houses sponsored walk. ‘Steven, myself and Noah choose to take on the 14 mile challenge last year because we wanted to give something back to the charity which supported us during such a difficult time. Every step we took and penny raised was us giving back so they can continue to support families like ours. Noah was born 16 weeks early and was very poorly. If it wasn’t for them offering us a room, then we wouldn’t have been able to be with Noah in hospital each day - without it I really don’t know what we would’ve done.’ Join us at Hike 4 Houses this September. It’s ‘Pamper Thursday’ in Camberwell! A big thank you to Katherine for treating our lovely families to a back, neck and shoulder massage! When you have a child in hospital you don’t get time to sit back and relax so with the help of Katherine some of our families were able to take some time for themselves before heading off for a long day over at the hospital.

Join in the fun and take part in Hike 4 Houses, a sponsored walk on Sunday 23 September visiting three of our London Ronald McDonald Houses. With two routes to choose from, it’s a great event for all the family while raising money to help Ronald McDonald House Charities support families with children in hospital. Our friends at RBC have kindly donated another 56 volunteering hours along with materials to refresh and re decorate two more of our bedrooms. They have now completed seven bedrooms, all with their own unique look. The teams battle it out to see which room would win your vote for the ‘best design’. Which room is your favourite? To vote for a winner, please comment below the photo of the room you like best!

We have some great news! A very big thank you to all who voted for us as we are once again Sainsbury’s chosen charity for 2018! Sainsbury’s Tulse Hill will be joining hands in helping us to help our families and House. We are extremely grateful for all their support.

Happy 70th birthday to the NHS! Thank you for all the work you do. Nancy has been an inpatient at King’s College Hospital, on and off, for the last four years. On behalf of Nancy, her family and all the other children the hospital supports, we want to say a big thank you!

Today we have been lucky enough to have a group of volunteers from J.P.Morgan in, lending a hand to redecorate our reception area and refresh some of our white walls ahead of a new exciting project we have coming soon.
