Extremely happy with how this project has turned out. The brief was to rejuvenate this tired looking bungalow and create a desirable entrance area. Designs are only ever a concept and can only transpire through quality workmanship, thanks to Craig at Claremont Building and Joinery.

Out with the old conservatory, and in with the new sun room. Properly insulated all year round and much more pleasing on the eye!

What a stunning transformation! Removal of an unused conservatory and the construction of a new extension to create a beautiful open plan kitchen – living area. We also formed a new lobby to improve circulation at the front of the property and to avoid passing through the existing living room to access the kitchen. Building work completed by Mark Aldred at Premier Construction to an excellent standard!
