Went here on a recommendation and being in a group of six i lead my friends to The Rooftop Gardens, I had my fingers crossed that all would turn out well. After four hours of cocktails and various fizz, nibbles and starters we had a great time. Thanks for the great service and a special mention to James.

Went here last Sunday and had a fantastic meal on the rooftop. I had a great Sunday roast myself and the wife had duck breast that was cooked to perfection and was super tender. The espresso martinis were beautiful and a great way to finish our meal. Will be returning very soon

We came to the roof top gardens today for my mum's birthday, our food was amazing & the staff were so lovely!

Our waitress, Bex was so helpful& even came over to bring my son some crayons and a colouring book, which kept him entertained! Would definitely come back& recommend to our friends and family!

Today was our first visit to Rooftop Gardens, Norwich. The four of us enjoyed a drink outside with the lovely view of our fine city. We then sat indoors and had a fab meal, served by Rebecca...or as we like to call her: Bubbly Becks :-) We will certainly be back.

Myself and 7 friends attending yesterday for my 30th birthday lunch. I have to say from start to finish it was an amazing experience. Staff were extremely attentive and couldn’t have done more for us. Food was great and even accommodated changes to the menu and the cocktails were the best I’ve had. Thank you very much, I will be back x

Just turned up in the hope of getting a table on a Saturday evening and were pleasantly surprised they managed to fit us in so quickly. Our server, Osten, was polite, courteous, friendly and anticipated our needs perfectly. The food was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. I cannot recommend the Rooftop Gardens highly enough...we WILL be going back!!!

I came here yesterday with friends, it was my first time & it certainly won't be my last. We had a great waiter called Daniel who couldn't have been nicer, he was friendly, polite & couldn't do enough for us. The food was wonderful, the atmosphere was relaxing & we weren't rushed away when we'd finished eating, all helped by the beautiful weather.

I came here a couple of Monday's ago for lunch with a friend up from London. I'd never been before but was really pleased I'd booked. We decided to sit outside it was sunny but quite windy but the waitresses made sure we were warm with heaters on and blankets. The food was delicious both my friend and I really enjoyed ourselves. The view was stunning but the service was outstanding with particular mention for Andzelika our waitress who was just fantastic at her job. I will return!

Had an awesome time on Saturday night for our birthdays all my girls had a fab time lovely relaxing dinner lush atmosphere very attentive waiting staff the loveliest steak ÔŅĹ and I‚Äôm

Gorgeous venue to celebrate my birthday in the sunshine. All 12 of us enjoyed our meal and drinks on the outside terrace as requested. The staff were all friendly and attentive. A suprise birthday dessert also made the visit even more special and memorable. Thank you ÔŅĹ

Excellent sunset to enjoy wonderful food with excellent service and drinks......I liked the addition of water on table too.....enjoyed my first visit on Sunday evening and the musician was an added bonus....Thankyou

Joined friends for a Sunday roast - food could have been hotter but the meats were very tender and tasty - plenty of veg ... gravy not the best I‚Äôve had ... I ordered the lemon curd pudding and wished I hadn‚Äôt but my friends enjoyed their puds so didn‚Äôt bother to complain ... friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble . Don‚Äôt really understand why wine is priced at ¬£9 plus for a large glass !! All in all a nice place to visit ūüėÄ

I’ve been a couple of times... the cocktails aren’t the best to my liking but at least they’ve got old mout cider. I’ve been for food and had the vegan option which was nice but last night when my friend lost her passport and purse... the staff did not seem bothered... when we were looking for them we were told by one staff to get out of the garden without even asking why we were in there... we must have asked about 4-5 staff members who were not bothered and said they didn’t know...we asked the security guy who then suggested the manager. The manager was brilliant. He was very kind... and very helpful. Purse and passport was with him.

The main attraction of a roof garden, good views and plants, the plant wall was full of dead plants and the glass around the bar was very dirty. Disappointed. Need to step up the game.

Pretentious. Lacking in atmosphere. Boring and expensive menu. Coffee was served cold and chips too hot. Very poor selection of wines. Waiters were over attentive until it was time for the bill then they keep you waitingūüėąūüėą Only joking.Wasn't too bad actually.

Had the most bizarre customer service experience tonight at Rooftop Gardens. Food was lukewarm at best. Fillet steak requested medium rare came out medium well. The steak was returned & a new steak came out which was better. A manager came out to talk to us & proceeded to tell me that the first steak was perfect medium rare & told me he had taken a photo. I‚Äôve never known an attitude like it before. How is a confrontational approach going to appease a customer. ‚ÄėIn your opinion it wasn‚Äôt medium rare but you were wrong‚Äô. The conversation descended into a farce. The manager was rude & came across incredibly arrogant. We ended up not paying for the meal because of the managers attitude. He actively asked us to leave, rather than allow us to stay & finish our drinks. Because of his attitude we didn‚Äôt pay for anything or have dessert. A sensible approach would have been to apologise that I wasn‚Äôt happy with the first steak, offer to take it off the bill & allow us to have dessert, a few more drinks & pay for the bill minus the steak. But because of the managers attitude he cost the restaurant 80% payment for the bill. A crazy an unfathomable approach to customer service.
