Really good site - we only used the ferry pitches but that was easy to find even when arriving late. Would like to visit the site for a bit longer as the setting is really nice. Usual CC (C&MC) facilities and the staff were great.

Stayed here twice now beautiful site with fantastic, friendly staff who are eager to help.
Facilities are always immaculate and look quite new. Showers are hot with no silly timers and a good flow.
I really have nothing bad to say about the site. It is perfect!

A lovely site with fantastic staff, so helpful. Starter motor went on arrival and they moved our caravan to a pitch and got the car to a safe parking space. A credit to the club. Everything else is as expected, clean shower blocks and well looked after grass areas. Again a big thanks to the staff. Photos of Fareham waterfront.

Lovely very well kept site. Situated in a lovely part of Hampshire. Large pitches grass and hardstanding. Also a large field for tents.

Location is beautiful.
Only ruined by the rudeness of the staff member at the front gate.
Totally unacceptable in this day and age, you can't run a business in the way of Faulty Towers!
You should remember that your visitors are your business. If you don't that's a sure fire way of running the place into the ground.
Manners and politeness = repeat business.
Rudeness and no manners = no repeat business and then they will tell at least 9 people of what bad service they had,
But hay ho it's your business what do I care how your run it, that's your perogative!!
I just won't be coming again and I hope this review is helpful to a lot more than 9 people, just to let them know what a treat they are in for!

Very rude staff. at reception my husband was interrogated as to what equipment we had etc I was waiting in the camper van and was simultaneously interrogated as to our sleeping arrangements, whether my husband had to squeeze over me! The scruffy staff member then demanded to inspect the interior of our camper, I felt quite violated by the very personal questions.we complained later and were told that the caravan club had standards to uphold so that's what we should expect we checking in.We have cancelled our membership, which is a shame as we had had many happy stays at other sites.Caravan club HQ wouldn't even talk to us about our complaint. We can only conclude that The Caravan Club enjoys humiliating it's members.

This is my all time favourite site for relaxing, its beautifully situated surrounded by woodland, it feels a very safe site for children, my children love the freedom it allows and because I feel secure, I allow. It's a dog friendly site with a beautiful dog exercising area, there is my only bad point of the place, some dog owners! They really are a law unto themselves, my 6 year old walked to the toilets and straight in dog muck. The dogs are tethered outside generally but obviously kids being kids often get too close and the dogs start yapping, again I blame the owners, I would love it if they had a dog free area. Shower blocks are immaculate with plenty of showers/hot water. As I say everything is spotless except as I've mentioned. There is a lovely park for the children, again very safe and thankfully its dog free. There is a fish and chip van that visits some nights but the quality is very hit and miss. Walks in the forest are via a security gate and there really is some terrific walking to be had in all directions, the site has just started taking tents which I'm sure will annoy some members of this exclusive site! All in all give it a go, you'll love it.
