first time myself and my friend went today and we absolulty loved it!!!

What an utterly relaxing experience. Salmon, smashed avocado and poached egg was the best I've tasted. My 9year old had the super sweet fruit bowl. Breakfast to set us up for the day. You must try a pot of tea too. A lovely touch with the triple sand timer for brewing. We will come again

What an absolutely delightful cafe and shop. All you could wish for and more. Non-grain, non-dairy and even non-soya! This is big for me!

Friendly,attentive staff with enthusiasm and patience (for my four children)! I came away full and happy. I will definitely be back,probably minus children so I can enjoy it even more myself! Thank you!

We love it here, great menu options to cater for all GF DF and sugar free requirements. The place I take my daughter and say choose whatever you like! A favourite place to come and the staff are all super friendly.

Visited this morning with my four year old daughter. I had a coffee with a sweet potato muffin and she had a cold drink with a huge bowel of chopped fruit. So delicious and a lovely warm welcome. We will be back!!

This place is great, and not just because of the food and drink. The team in Primal Roost are such nice people. With the combination of smiling faces, great fresh food, and shelves full of typically hard to find products, this place pretty much rocks. Been a few times now and enjoyed every drink and food had. Also love the talks they host on occasion. If you ever think it hard to eat clean but heartily and flavourful, just pay a visit to this place as they know their stuff.

Really nice cosy and quiet coffee shop. Was there for ages and it was nice to not have background music..lovely sweet potato muffin and latte. My friend had smoked salmon and poached egg on a muffin. Will be back.

My favourite cafe bar none! It's the one place that myself and my friends choose to come for our catch ups. The food is always fab, the service is good, the staff are always friendly & helpful.

My fave breakfast is the homemade granola & my fave drink is the matcha mint tea latte.

I recommend Primal Roost to a lot of people ��

Love this cafe! Amazing food, lovely staff and an awesome yoga class on Thursday evenings. I can even take my lovely doggy in there when I want to go and work for a few hours!

First time at this cafe & it was worth the 45 min drive! Loved coming into a place knowing I can eat everything on the menu.

The pulled pork wrap & coleslaw was delish! I even had a little banana muffin treat (don't normally have sweet things)!

They have a whole range of products to buy as well. Fabulous.

Discovered this little Gem yesterday, what can I say! Great cool decor, the staff were so friendly and knowledgable and the food..... Amazing!! Think Iv found a great little bolt hole! Loved everything about it and can not wait to return!

This is a great concept cafe - good food and great coffee - shame about the service. My wife ordered a smashed avo and poached egg without smoked salmon. Paid the same price regardless which is fine. But when it didn't come with toast like she thought it would (the other poached egg dish that I had did come with toast) she was asked to pay an extra £1. We run a business and so we get the costs involved but we'd never dream of doing that to a customer - asking for £1 at the table!! Unbelievable.

It's not about the price difference between smoked salmon and the grain free bread. It's about customer experience. Not cool.

Like others, I like the cafe’s aims, ultra healthy menus and design of the premesis. Also I’ve always found the staff to be friendly, and always served promptly. However I’ve had a couple of coconut lattes, both underwhelming. I tried an almond latte today and unfortunately felt the same. I also bought a vegan mince pie, which was even more underwhelming. And at the best part of nearly FIVE POUNDS for a conventionally small coffee and a v small mince pie, I unfortunately can’t find a reason to return.
