Went to see All or Nothing at the Rose Theatre yesterday on the 13th May, my second time there and my seventh time to see this incredible show. Now it's in second season of touring and a few new members of the cast I feel a already brilliant show just got better. Sam Pope as the young Steve Marriott has an incredible voice, all the cast are incredible, friendly and sociable. Can't wait to see it again.

Nice Theatre and worth the 150 mile round trip!

Well, what you I think about the Rose Theatre Kingston? There's loads...

I just wanna say Thank You for the warm welcome and for being a part short-term.

If you're up for world class theatre on your doorstep then you're right. Rose, your shows are moving. Sometimes in an exciting, funny and sometimes in a melancholic, thoughtful way. You care for the whole family. The Rose Youth is a class for itself and I'm amazed and fascinated by the idea to merge those to branches. The "big professionals" playing with the "little stars of tomorrow". How cool is that? Love this idea.

I've seen and learned a lot here and I'm sure you'll do as well.

And if you're in need of a nice snack or a nice conversation visit the Rose Café. The Jazz mornings on every first Tuesday of the month are a peak. (Oh, and the personal favourite: Goat cheese panini & Bakewell tart, self-made, served by charming Rose "Fairies". ;))

User

We were performing in the café space as part of the International Youth Arts Festival, and what a beautiful space it is and with a great atmosphere. The venue staff were so welcoming and helpful, too - and the coffee (with soya milk) was great! A little play area for children, very clean and accessible toilets, free WiFi and it's also a Pokestop!

A perfect location right in the heart of Kingston within a minute's walk of the river, car parks and amenities. We will definitely be back!

User

We had the pit cushions and had a fantastic view. It's a very affordable way to see great theatre productions. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The show (twits) was fabulous, I was very impressed with the sound. I have been to other theatres and struggled to hear some words, definitely not the case here!!

We can't wait to come back again ÔøΩ.

Second time that my Wife and I have visited this wonderful theatre. Both occasions to see the absolutely fantastic All or Nothing- the Mod Musical.

Everything about our experience there was 5‚òÜ

No draught beer to be had though , but a good range of bottles beers and wines on offer.

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The theatre itself is fantastic with a good view of the stage from wherever you choose to sit.

Yes! Highly recommend a visit there! We'll be back!

Saw the Small Faces Musical , All or Nothing, it was brilliant . Loved the fact the theatre is small and intimate. Drinks were a bit on the expensive side though. Please bring this musical back for a second time , I know a lot of people that have missed it this time around!m

Really welcoming theatre with excellent shows!

User

My first visit to Rose Theatre Kingston delighted me as it proved to be about the most appropriate venue possible for the show, Child's Play. Its circular stage in this circular theatre brought made the very best of this in-your-face show which brought back my days as a pioneer playworker on the earliest of Britain's Adventure Playgrounds as never before, especially when I found one of my archive photos projected on to a screen erected on the set. At a time when children's outdoor play has been downgraded in favour of electronic playthings and largely written out of public policy agendas, the show and the excellent interpretation material displayed in the foyer gave me hope that these unique playgrounds may once again come back into favour.

My Leonard Cohen:

Great show at the Rose Theatre in Kingston upon Thames. Stewart D’Arrietta and his band were brilliant performing Leonard Cohen classics. Stewart D’Arrietta was also very amusing. Loved the show. My rating 10/10.

User

I was at the Rose Theatre Kingston today to see 'Junkyard'. I was not sure what I was going to see regarding the story or the form, but was going on the recommendation of Jerry Gunn and with an interest in the work of Jeremy Herrin and Headlong. As an educationalist, as a theatre maker working with young people, as an adult, as a mother, as a child of the 70's and as a human being I was engaged and deeply moved. The ensemble was totally engaging and believable and they took the audience with them on their journey. Whilst it was a story looking back nearly 40 years, it was an important message for our time. I laughed and I cried. It is always encouraging to hear the audience affirming their appreciation for fabulous and important theatre after the performance, on their way home. At this time, when funding for humane social and creative initiatives is minimal and when our politics are tumultuous, it is encouraging to see theatre delivering true and thoughtful stories about the plight of real people.

User

I took my grandson to the Rose Theatre yesterday to see The very hungry caterpillar. He loved it, it was very well made and all the children around us were enjoying it and participating. The Rose is a lovely size theatre, so where ever you sit you can see well, seats are comfortable as well. Staff are very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our visit and will definitely go again

User

I have been to The Rose a few times and have never had a bad view. It is a nice modern theatre with a large stage area. I will definitely be checking to see what's on. I think All or Nothing is certainly one of he best plays I have seen there. More of this standard, please!

User

I came to the theatre Friday night to see all or nothing the small faces musical. What a fantastic show absolutely loved it . This was the first time at the rose theatre and wasn't disappointed. It's a great little venue plenty of seating all pretty much brilliant views . The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downer for me was the price of drinks £16 for a Bacardi and coke and a pint of later top. Think that's a lot tbh but hey it didn't spoil my enjoyment of the evening.

User

Great theatre, we've seen many great shows there. But you must do something to stop people from smoking right by the doors in the interval: I'm not the only one coughing all through the second half of any performance because the smoke doesn't know it's meant to stay outside.

User

Great theatre and I have seen some great productions there. Room seating and the views are good even from the top circle. Near the centre of town so you can have a drink and eat before the event.

User

Great theater. Seating is brill as you are close to the stage do get a good view from all sides. Love the double seats (no arm rests in between!). Bar service fast, friendly and polite serving decent quality of wines and nibbles! Def going again!

User

Brilliant performance of Much ado about nothing today, loved every minute. A great theatre, small and personal, you almost feel a part of the action. Enjoyed a good lunch in the Rose Cafe before the performance.

User

Saw All or Nothing, the Small Faces story and their music, which was great!

The seats aren't as comfortable than other theatres I've been to, but still had an enjoyable time!

Have to say, it's the first place I've been to, where they have plenty of toilet cubicles for the ladies üòä

User

A memorable place where people will never forget beautiful moments spent there.
