Firstly thank you so much for your valued input into the naming of our first 10 lodges (phase 1) here at Roseberry View Lodge Retreat.

Just a further update from Lauren here again @ Roseberry View Lodge Retreat!
Our 1st concrete delivery arrived yesterday. Lodge base No 1 poured, filled and floated off! As you can see these are going to be some size, infact these are one of the largest lodge cabins in the UK. 50 ft x 22 ft living space, 3 double bedrooms, games room and study, en suite to master bedroom and a 3 metre outside deck space with 7 seater hot tub with full turf lawned gardens, trees, plants and s...hrubs all landscaped to suit.

Since you asked so nicely.. here’s a big update! 😃
Lodge number 1 is 90% complete! It’s just waiting currently for windows and Bi-Fold doors to be delivered and fitted by our company Ace Aluminium. Carpets, interior grey ash doors, TVS into the games rooms, bedrooms, living room and study and then it’s off to come join us here at Roseberry View for soft furnishings. We are all SUPER excited!

The steel base of the boating jetty is now fitted and in place ready. We are currently awaiting a timber subframe and composite decking which will be starting early in the New Year.

We successfully bidded & won a Willow War Horse & Soldier. This is for a fantastic charity going to The Royal British Legion. This will be a great addition to Roseberry View and is going to be our focal point for customers checking in.

Lake has been cut out, lined and now perimeter stones in place. Jetty pillars in place awaiting jetty and decking. Few more downpours required and fencing will be in place in 2 weeks with new one way system road track so will update more photos then.

So.. 4 days in, 1 lake built that is already naturally filling. Brilliant start to a big development here at Roseberry View Lodge Retreat. Keep your eyes peeled for further updates ❗️

Day One - Construction has started on our cabins this morning bright and early. The diggers are in to construct a 2 acre lake and embankment. Then roads, civils and bases are all to follow shortly after.
Hoping to have the first 5 built for Spring - early Summer 2019.

It’s been a long time coming but work has finally got underway on our Roseberry View Lodge Retreat. Groundwork preparation with a view to having the first 5 lodges open for Spring / Summer 2019. Last night was spent here having the most wonderful evening with great company ready for today's 10 am meeting to meet our developers. We even got a free upgrade to the iconic suite so if your looking for a place to go in London look no further!!
All being well today (which it will be) we should be all systems go on the Roseberry View development.
Proposed dates and confirmation on completion will be announced in due course! Kind Regards Mr P

Exciting times - design meeting for my upcoming log cabin development 'Roseberry View' to include MUGA multi purpose sports court including tennis, football & basketball courts and a 2 acre carp lake all floodlit with roads, parking bays and each cabin to have the most stunning views off the iconic Roseberry Topping and Lake views with on site nature reserve. Each cabin come with hot tubs, log burners and verandas to each and will sleep from 4-8 persons.
