This quiet, out of the way place, is very cosy and welcoming. The staff treat their customers with respect and common courtesy. Upon entering, and confirming my appointment, I only had to wait a short while before my room was ready.

Initially, I had booked a full body/Swedish massage, however I was recommended a deep-tissue massage, and the difference was worth it.

Saima, the massage therapist was very professional, explained everything properly, made sure that I was comfortable the whole way through and was a delight to converse with.

The massage left me very relaxed, and can still notice the difference 2 days on.

I was told about all of the different types of treatments and packages, as well as a membership option, which again was explained to me properly. All in all, I'm looking forward to visiting Rosebery Rooms again.

VERY poor quality job, obvious lack of training! Had individual eyelash extensions done yesterday, left not completely happy with the look but not sure why it didn't look good at all, had a very good look in a mirror and saw that there were no extensions on the outside corners of my natural eyelashes and the inner corners one side had more than the other! The lashes felt thick, clumped together and like horrible plastic. Sticking out straight like a giraffe. I went back and asked her to try to make them look proper by adding lashes to the edges and she did.

The lashes started falling out when I got home from work and were crazy sticking out in all directions and hanging down into my eyes and I couldn't even close my eyes to sleep and ended up pulling them all off - in clumps! Three or 4 lash extensions glued together to one natural eyelash! No isolation - she was just holding my eyebrow the whole time and sticking eyelashes on with a tool in the other hand just straight ontop of my lashes all together I think.



Only giving two stars instead of one because the lady was nice and did take me in again to put on the areas that she missed but all around VERY poor quality job, obvious lack of training.

Really poor customer service. If you're late/have problems with your train then forget it. They'll cancel your appointment and charge you or ask you to pay a £10 cancellation fee, when you've already paid up front for 12 sessions . I wouldn't recommend buying their packages as they're full of catches and hidden terms...

I was so disappointed as it was my first time getting a Brazilian wax I felt as though I was being rushed and was roughed up (this could be down to the fact I bought my session on groupon) by the therapist very unpleasant experience on top of that the end result was disappointing and I had to get a local salon finish off will never go back!
