I was surprised and somewhat dismayed to be informed by Jon at rosebud that a review had appeared here which had my name on which gave him and Terri a 2 star rating. However the review had no comments written.First and foremost I have never entered a review on this website in my life!!!! Secondly and this is the important bit,if I am going to give my review it will be as follows. Rosebud farm is by far the best touring site my wife and I have ever had the pleasure to stay at.The views from our pitch is worthy of being put on canvas in a £500 painting. The toilet facilities are clean enough to sleep in if your tent gets blown away and you need a place to get your head down!!!.The area in front of the pitches is kept to an extremely high standard, and my dogs love to run and play on the manicured grass. As for Jon &Terri they are the perfect host, and nothing is to much trouble. If,and it's a big if,I have anything to complain about it would be that we cannot get down to the site often enough!!!! Given the chance we would move in!!!!! IF THERE IS A COMPETITION FOR THE BEST SITE IN CORNWALL THEY WILL GET MY VOTE EVERY TIME.

Looked nice but never got the chance to stay, we were turned away by a very unhelpful man because 6pm was the latest they would let people setup and it was 6.30 when I arrived. I explained as I was in a VW T5 all I needed to do was park up and switch off my engine but still got a firm NO! I would suggest removing the word "touring" from the title as most people touring try to get into site towards the end of a long day travelling and don't always know where they might end up.

The best campsite I have ever been to, the toilets were better than most 5 star hotels, the views were second to none. Huge plots of land and although expensive it was worth it! Free WiFi on the whole site too, it's amazing!

Quite simply, it's perfect. Adults only, so peaceful and relaxing.

The view is one to cherish and its to look at every day you're here.
One beautiful unspoilt site.

Very quiet adults only site, not for groups, with beautiful views across the valley to Bodmin moor. The shower facilities are very clean with plenty of hot water, an ideal base to use to explore the area. There is always a welcoming tea or coffee on arrival.

Nice people, my wife, I and dog were welcome by the owners and they were very helpful as this is our first outing on a motorhome. Jon helpfully chose a site that was flat so we did not have to level the MH. Great views, local village has most of what you may need, only 0.9m away but a busy road. I'll update at the end of my stay, so far 100℅ happy.

Simon and Myself have just returned from the Rosebud Farm Campsite we stayed for 8 nights .
We have had the most amazing stay.

Some would say , I'm a bit of a princess and would never camp. But after our stay at this clean wonderful site, it had the most beautiful 5 star bathroom. I will be camping again.

John and Terri were so helpful and welcoming. They kept our cool blocks cold for us during our stay , John lent us a tent pole because one of ours got broke, when we were putting up our tent up. John told us about all the best local beaches and towns. Simon and myself will be definitely returning to this friendly site.
Thank you John and Terri 😄

We were asked to leave this site for 'breaking the rules.' (My sister was staying at the same time - far from us in non -hook up. we weren't a party, which is against site rules) Jon, the owner, came red faced and angry to challenge us with "knowing another camper" and told us "we weren't the right sort of people". We are a married couple in our sixties with 2, well behaved small dogs. The site is otherwise clean and welcomes dogs - it is by a roadside and so is noisy in the day. We were told of another refugee from the site at the next campsite we stayed at. Jon, your reputation for control freakery is growing!

Ignore the rude comments about the owners - I found John and Terri to be incredibly accommodating, knowledgeable about the local area and attentive to our needs.

Rosebud Farm Touring Park is a well-kept site with a fabulous view, close to some of the nicest parts of northern Cornwall. The toilet and showering facilities were incredibly clean and the owners were happy to provide a washing-up bowl and ice packs for the duration of our visit.

We would happily go back to Rosebud Farm, and so would our 2 dogs who were given an equally welcoming reception.
