The Bronze DofE pupils have enjoyed their first day. After a 12k circular walk they are all back in camp enjoying their delightful dinners - that would be lots of pasta and rice! #happycampers
And just like that, Lent Term is over. We hope you all have an egg-cellent Easter! Photo courtesy of Year 9 student, Grace Lewis (Dolphin)
Blue skies welcomed this morning by our Gold @DofE pupils. It was a gold and wet night but mostly smiles prepping for day 2. A 15km trek ahead of them today. No rain would be nice.
After a frosty start to the day the sun came out for the pupils to start their DofE Gold practice expedition. All is going well so far, though it is rather nippy now and the wind is picking up.

Absolutely blown away from the talent displayed at Saturday’s Come and Sing: Mozart Requiem. 👏🎼🎶

The Headmaster’s travels of last week concluded with a trip down memory lane... “Last weekend ended up being an unexpected and affirming journey through the landscape of my childhood. Finally confronting the past felt unthreatening and, ultimately, restorative. I had been wrong to avoid returning for all of those years” Read his blog here: https://www.rossall.org.uk/blazing-your-o wn-trail-and-read…/

320 local junior school pupils rehearse ‘Any Dream Will Do’ at the Rossall Big Sing Festival. Thank you to all the Schools who joined us - the sound in Chapel was glorious!
The Arts Festival presented us with yet another fantastic event - our LAMDA students performed an array of pieces to a delighted audience last night.

The Year 11 pupils took part in the English Language Walking Talking Mock today. During the exam 'dummy run' the teachers walk and talk the pupils through approaches to each question, providing them with invaluable experience prior to the real thing.
This new Rossall School video has been written by our Sixth Form pupils, and produced and edited with professional help.
15 years well spent! It was a fantastic experience for a child who enjoyed sport and got to play it in various forms...even if it was often in gale force winds! I believe it has set me up for a good career and taught me many valuable skills, not just academically but also socially. I enjoyed my time there and would never change it!
The ability to have illicit commerce, right under Westman's nose. I respect that man as an enemy and as business teacher.
