Rother Valley Caravan & Camping Park

Don't go there. You have been warned.
Was ok. Suited our needs for a couple of nights. Toilets and showers clean. Nice views.
Lovely campsite, spacious pitches, friendly reception staff. Great location with exceptional views. Easy access to various tourist spots in the area.
Worth 5 stars except for the toilet facilities. It's a reasonably large site, and the number of toilets and showers is inadequate. New ones coming in 2018 apparently.
ive just got back from a great few days at rother valley campsite and we had a fantastic time .we were met by jackie warm and friendly and more than willing to help.showers were clean and more importantly hot toilets were very good theres a fridge freezer out in the field everyone can use we were on pitch 23 in a quiet wooded area very peaceful witch is what i was looking for .local shop there and back in ten mins. bag of logs [hard wood and dry] with kindling and fire starter 5 pound very reasonable .on the whole it was a very relaxing 4 days in friendly peaceful relaxing atmosphere i will be going back many thanks jackie and jackies dad see you soon bill and billie
This is a lovely little campsite with a very welcoming atmosphere. There is a selection of pitches that vary from very secluded to open and free, and as it neighbours a heritage steam railway every so often you can watch the locomotive chug past the campsite. The facilities were very clean and easily accessible. Had a wonderful stay and will return.
Recently stayed one night here. Quiet, small, pretty campsite with plenty of room for privacy and had a great pitch. Walking distance to local pub which served good food. Had a great time.

Pleasant campsite right next to the Rother Valley steam railway station. You can see the steam trains pulling up next to the campsite throughout the season Relaxed campsite, with firepits for hire, kids playground, clean toilets. Recommended.
