There has been a planning application submitted for land on Wakefield Road opposite Pennington Lane to possibly be used as a multi-use, non-deminational cemetery. This application was submitted just before Christmas but you can comment or object until 29th January by vivisting the Leeds Planning Portal website and entering the number 19/07916/FU.
