On 30th and 31st March only, alongside our beautiful Heritage Afternoon Tea, award-winning floral designer Paula Rooney will be showcasing her stunning flower arrangements in the Rotunda and offering a hand-crafted bouquet to all mothers.
Relax and enjoy a delicious selection of delicate finger sandwiches, mouth-watering pastries and warm scones with rich strawberry preserve ...and clotted cream accompanied by a choice of floral-infused teas and receive a beautiful bespoke bouquet and a box of hand-made chocolates to take home.
The Mother's Day afternoon tea is available 30.-31.3. priced at £49 per person and includes a glass of champagne, the Rotunda signature Heritage Afternoon Tea and a box of hand-made chocolates, as well as a bespoke bouquet for the mother.

This November, Harry Nikolaou, head bartender at Rotunda will welcome three of the world’s best mixologists to join him at Four Seasons Hotel London at Ten Trinity Square. Bartenders from Singapore’s famed Manhattan Bar, Paradiso in Barcelona and Rotterdam’s infamous Dr. Rotterdam will showcase their talents for five nights each, creating signature cocktails alongside the Rotunda Bar’s new menu. Each bartender will host a one-off masterclass, showcasing their two exclusive co...ncoctions for their residency, drawing on the flavours of the east and the west, reviving Ten Trinity Square’s role as the heart of global trade.
On 5th December, Chi-Ho Ta, of Dr. Rotterdam will round the series off with his near-medicinal libations; Shrubbaloony, which features Chi-Ho’s house-made Sopropo shrub, with holistic properties when shaken with Rutte Celery gin, Italicus and Chartreuse elixir; and Lost in Paradise, with its ‘healing properties’ of Rutte Paradijswijn, mixed with Italicus, cherry liqueur, and crème de cacao. Hidden away in one of Rotterdam’s imposing townhouses, the building was a former hotbed of debauchery, and now offers a safe haven for distinctive drinkers, the spirit of which Chi-Ho plans to bring to Rotunda this December.

On 27th November, Giacomo Gianniotti of Paradiso in Barcelona will bring his 30 years of mixology experience to Rotunda. Recognised as ‘The Bar to Watch’ in 2017, it has repeatedly appeared on the World’s Best 50 Bars list - tucked behind a fridge door on a back-street bar in Barcelona - Paradiso is a place for those in the know. Giacomo will fuse influences from east and west for his take on the classic Negroni; with Negroni in Paradiso, laced with beetroot juice, passion fruit, balsamic vinegar and mango ice cream; and the Negroamoro Julep with bourbon, coffee, cynar, bitter orange marmalade, mint leaves, amaretto and truffle icing sugar.

On the 20th of November Cedric Mendoza of Manhattan in Singapore, currently ranked third in The World’s 50 Best Bars, will fly in to join Harry at the Rotunda Bar. His first cocktail, Fighting 69th, is Cedric’s take on a Gin and Tonic and his second, Swinging West, will capture his bar’s American influence with a classic New York Sour.

We are excited to announce our first ever Resident Artist - Sabrina Montgomery. Sabrina is a master of her craft and will be be on stage in the Rotunda from 1-30 September 2018, performing Monday - Saturday 6-9pm and will occasionally have guest artists joining her. Her music is nostalgic, romantic, classic Jazz from yester-year as well as modern genres; be it Lounge Music , R&B and Oriental Fusion she feels comfortable in her stylistic form of expression through the voice.

From Tuesday - Saturday, join us for live music sessions in the Rotunda Bar from 6:00-9:00pm with our exclusive aperitivo hour from 6:00-7:00pm. Enjoy the vibrant ambiance at the heart of the hotel with live music, delicious cocktails and a selection of complimentary bar items. Cherise Adams-Burnett Still just 23 years of age, Cherise Adams-Burnett is quickly becoming recognised as a fiercely talented vocalist and musician. Cherise is a London-based jazz vocalist who is already making waves within London’s vibrant jazz scene. Since graduating from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music, Cherise has been invited to perform at many of the UK’s most prestigious venues and festivals ranging from The BBC Proms at The Royal Albert Hall to Love Supreme Jazz Festival.
