Would just like to say how impressed I was today. The fire alarm went off and there was an evacuation. The staff were brilliant at how quick and safely they made sure everyone went out. The staff did there best to cater a variety of food since they couldn't use the ovens would like to thank everyone concerned

Went for tea with the Gruffalo on 24.05.17. My son absolutely loved it! Very well organised and the Gruffalo costume was fantastic.

Great craft ideas i had to hide the Gruffalo hat before bed time and the tea provided was more than enough!

Also loved the added ideas of scrambled snake ( jelly with strawberry laces) and Gruffalo crumble ( fruit crumble which was delicious!).

If this event or one like it comes up again we will definitely be attending and would highly recommend.

We've been tonight for my daughters 4th birthday & will definitely be returning, the kids said it's the best place like this they've ever been to, they're 4, 8 & 11, & I agree with them, staff couldn't do enough for us, let us bring a cake & lit the candles, the place is nipping clean, nice & cool, just lovely, definitely recommend�

We would like to thank everyone who participated in Isaacs first bday at round the twist. Especially Lynsey, Cherylann and Paige. You girls were lovely and so patient. You have provided all we requested and more. It was a great party, atmosphere, food and fun time. Everyone felt welcome and I will be promoting your place every where I go. We had such a good time at the xmas pj party today, songs, xmas story, sensory play, games and Lucas loved his gift from Santa! Mammy enjoyed her mince pie and got chocolate! What a lovely day for all the parents and babies! Suzanne you are fab! Wouldn’t be the same without you! ����

Large and lovely soft play for all the kids, along with there being plenty space to accompany your little one. Our 22 month old loved it and so did I, he was able to go in all areas with me accompanying him. Plenty space on all slides for the younger ones to sit on your knee and plenty for toddlers to do. They have their own dedicated part of the soft play for under 4s which offers large ball pools, slides etc but they can also use the larger soft play as long as their accompanied by an adult. Plenty of things to do and a pretty good work out for the adults lol. Only downfalls I could find is having to spend a minimum of £5 on a card. (We only wanted a glass of pop) and having to pay extra to use the cars. £1 a go and if you have a few kids it's going to cost a fair bit extra. They should give you 1 token a child when paying entry then any more you have to pay. We also seen a lot of older ones bombing about in the under 4s area with a disregard to the toddlers trying to play. But never mind as that's down to the parents to keep an eye on. Lovely place and will be returning again.

Excellent soft play by far the best and biggest I have been too. I have two girls one of 7 and a baby of 10 months who both love it. The older bit is great for my 7 year old and keeps her entertained for hours. I can't fault the baby section either, my baby girl is comfortable playing and loves the ball pool. Under one's go free and also unlimited play which is a massive bonus.

Brilliant venue with a great variety of climbing frames, slides & obstacles for little ones. Also have extra activities for young children & babies as well as guest visitors from popular tv programs. Food is really nice. I like how you see the staff cleaning the equipment and furnishings. My son loves the go carts that go underneath the climbing frames 👍🏼

Been today and as always my little one loves it, she loved the Anna and Elsa and enjoyed every minute of soft play, trying to het her to leave is hard as she enjoys it so much. Food was great as always. I will be back

A fantastic play area & the staff are exceptional, nothing is too much for them & they are always so pleasant!

Suzanne is great with the children & always coming up with new ideas to keep them entertained!

Went here for my son's 2nd birthday. Cost us £6.95 for him and £7.95 for his sister which I thought was expensive considering the rides inside are also £1 a go. The food was nice but expensive for a softplay. The kids enjoyed themselves a lot. It's a nice, clean, airy softplay compared to others we have been to. Over all it was good.

P.S The mash on the Sunday dinner was horrible and your unicorn hot chocolate tastes funny but the staff are super friendly and happy to help with any problems you have.

Its a fantastic place staff are lovely the place is nice and clean . The food is a little expensive but its a business they need to make money and its cheap to get in so its definitely worth a visit.

Tea for 2? Well that's what I thought. Ok so we were given 2 cups 2 teapots and only one had tea bags in. When we queried it the girl said that was right the 2nd pot was to weaken the tea. Ok right. It how come my first pot had 4 tea bags in? Yes 4. Ok not to worry, tea was I suppose. Then my daughter wanted to go on the cars. She's 4 right, the girl that was meant to be on the cars was more interested in planning her next weekend out with the trolley girl. Leaving cars all over the track and my 4 year old daughter to put her own money in. Please tell me how this came to be?

Softplay for under twos was great my daughter and her cousin loved it. However when it came to the food is where i have my issue ordered a chicken burger, which i shared with my daughter only to find a rather large bone near the edge. Obviously i took it straight to the till the lass went off came back mumbled a pitiful apology and offered me more food. As someone who works in food i was absolutely shocked. Me or my then 11 month old daughter could have choked on that and had some very serious consequences!! Never will i eat here again!!!

Kids love the softplay but My partner ordered the pulled pork burger with chips. The burger wasnt edible at all. It literally took your breath away with how strong it was. The girl who took it back was lovely but only offered more food (overdone chunky chips) No refund was mentioned. A very expensive £9 bowl of chips

All the tables were nice n clean but could have been cleared quicker. As for the food, we waited 30mins then the children's sandwich came after the hot food. On toasted bread which was not on the menu, so had to be re made another 10mins to wait. Apart from that was ok
