08 08 2017 useless. If u book in advance they still let u down. Save ur time and money and download the uber app missed hospital appointment due to their unreliability

Used for two different wedding celebrations at the weekend. Due to be picked up at 2.30 for a3pm start. Journey was 20min. Taxi arrived at 2.50 we nearly missed an important family wedding. They were also late for the return journey leaving my grandparents, in their 80's, waiting outside in the rain. The next day started better, collected on time. However return journey hadn't arrived so when contacted they said they had pick up destination down wrong, even though they had dropped us off. Informed it would be with us in 10min. We gave up waiting and jumped in a black cab.

Totally impressed with your service between Birmingham airport and Burton on Trent the other night. At 0200 hours. A polite driver and helpful. It was more impressed as our local taxis in Burton wouldn't turn out. So no problem using you again. Thanks again

Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Taxi didn't turn up. Called to see where it was. Lady who takes the calls was plain RUDE. no point even bothering with these.

Great taxi firm, very considerate off passengers, couldn't really ask for more from a taxi service. Superb, thanks for your service, will definitely be calling back.

Brilliant. Picked up phone immediately, and taxi arrived exactly at the time I asked for. Lovely, friendly, and very safe driver. Have already put them in to my phone to use again.

Disappointing service. Emailed booking Sunday night, no reply. Phoned and made booking on Monday for Tuesday 7am. Called tues 6:55am to check they were on the way, unhelpful bloke said they weren't even on the way but would send someone soon. Would they arrive in time to drop me at station? No. What did he suggest? Try another company. Thanks for the tip, I'll be dong that for all future journeys.
