Just a reminder to all our loyal customers ...... as you may be aware the Bristol road South in rubery by McDonald's will be closed this evening from 7pm till the early hours, however we will still be running a normal service this evening, the drivers are aware of the road closure and will go the quickest alternate route for you to get to your destinations.
With half term finally here, if Any one is off on a cheeky break to get the last bit of sun before winter really sets in ..... don't forget to call our staff in the office to book your airport transfers.

Not sure what to do this bank holiday? Fancy treating your self to a night off from cooking why not try Rumanas (old royal spice) on Bristol rd South Northfield. Very nice food and also friendly and helpful staff.
All of us at roundabout cars would like to say a big thank you to all our Passengers that continued to use us over the weekend even with the delays due to terrible road conditions. We do try to keep the drivers on the road as long as it is safe to do so. Thankfully everything is back to normal now so if your off out this weekend then give us a call in the office to pre book your cars.

good taxi firm i know three drivers james with the black audi car great laugh he is darran bukland and his twin brother Trevor they are brilliant drivers and keith silver 6 good people and Emma on the switch i can remember her working at gold and black shes a great girl
Had a lovely taxi from Ahmed , in a lovely brand new merc, got taken to town in the premium,
Lovely guy, recommend him and the taxi service to anyone, he deserves a pay rise ,

Had a car last night with roundabout. Had no problems driver was very polite and car was very clean. Would highly recommend this company to family and friends.
We booked a taxi from Birmingham last night at 10.15 outside the Bacchus bar. When we appeared at 10.05 we realised that due to the new metro system the taxi was unable to pull up there, we rang them to inform them asking where would be the best place to wait to which the reply was the driver would phone us. As we waited we thought it maybe best to give them an actual place to pick us up from so we rang again to say we were outside be at one in brum! They finally turned up, after several phone calls with an incredibly rude woman on the other end of the phone 45 minutes late. The driver drove past where we were stood so when asked, as one of our members were unable to walk far, to drive round the block he drove off and did not reappear. I then rang and spoke to the lady who said he was on his way (15 mins) after he drove off I said this was incredibly unacceptable and expected a discount for the trouble they had put us through she then put the phone down on me. We ended up having to get in another taxi which was much more expensive. Don't use this company. They are rude and have no regard for people's safety ,we had to get back to children who were being baby sat! All in all they ended up costing us an extra ┬Ż35 thanks roundabout cars exploiting the fact that you are a public service, not providing that service and knowing there is nothing we can do about it!!
No point in ringing up for a price cause the taxi driver just makes the price up as he goes along. Twice we called and got told ┬Ż22 but I got in the car the taxi driver said ┬Ż25. Not that I'm tight for 3 quid but its not the point. Will never use these again plus he was speeding the whole way, with no seat belt on!!! Plus he keeps closing his eyes
My family and I booked a taxi from your company on Thursday 3rd August to go from near the Bullring to the Westmead hotel.
The driver came at 17:34.
The ride was utterly terrifying. The driver was falling asleep constantly and drifting into the other lanes and I had to keep clearing my throat to wake him up!
He was rubbing his eyes and he was drinking red bull to wake himself up. He was wearing a scruffy grey tracksuit - this may help you identify him.
I actually commented to him that he must have been working long hours to be so tired and he shrugged and said the sun was in his eyes...
My nine year old daughter was in the car.
This was such dangerous driving, I thought you may like to be aware before he ends up killing someone.
Disgusted with your taxi driver this morning watched me struggle with my case into the car whilst he sat there, then got in the car and stinks of body odour, clearly can't afford a bar of 50p soap will use another taxi firm next time.

Disgusted with your level of customer service this morning! Booked a taxi last night for 5:10am. Clearly I've booked it to be at work at a specific time. Outside my house at 5:15, no taxi. Call to see how long it is going to be and get "systems down, so can't tell". No apology, just "keep an eye out". Wait another 5 minutes, no sign. Couldn't wait any longer, especially with "can't tell" where is it as reassurance so my partner got kids out of bed to drive me. Phoned up to cancel and got the same rude man who just huffed and said "oh my god". When I challenged him and his attitude he put the phone down. Again no sorry or anything of the sort! Absolutely disgusting way to talk to a customer who suffered because your systems were down! Won't be using you again and advising friends the same
Cannot believe a taxi firm thinks it is ok to send a car which is in such bad state of repair to collect a paying customer. There was tape everywhere holdng bits and pieces together, even on the steering wheel. Will never use this firm again and will be reporting them and sending the photos I took.
