We are looking forward to another great year for our annual Route 38 car and bike meet, this year will be it’s 11th year raising funds for Air Ambulance, see you all on Sunday 👍🇺🇸

We are open today from 7am, back to normal hours now the snow is melting.

Due to the weather conditions and the Police /highways information encouraging everyone to stay off the roads today, we have decided to close our restaurants today Friday 2nd March.
We will open on Saturday morning as normal weather permitting.

My husband & I stopped here for a very early breakfast on our way to wales and the restaurant was very clean, welcomed by the staff. The food was outstanding not a bit of grease on my plate.. service was amazing. Very friendly staff .. definitely be popping in again when passing. Highly recommend

Had to book a table and I can see why! Food is amazing adults and under 10s menu, massive portions and lovely dessert menu! Very clean and welcoming.

Great food, service, friendly staff and it is clean and very interesting too. It has lots of memorabilia to read on the walls. We have been lots of times since they took it over from the Little Chefs company.

There was 10 of in our party and after ordering all the food came out at the same time and was correct, our waitress was polite and explained everything to us and as we had children with us she explained the kids menu and changed a few things for us

It was a Birthday and they put out balloons and banners which was a nice touch

Great food and great staff - even checking that we could have a couple of items off the lunch menu even though they had stopped for the evening :)

Called in today for a coffee and a break from driving in bad weather. The service was brilliant, we were seated and served promptly and the drinks came quickly. The whole place was great, really nice atmosphere. We'll definitely be back for food.

Brilliant customer service especially for our needs with a child with autism great food good time had by all highly recommend

We stopped in here on our way home, luckily they had an available table, apparently its a good idea to book in advance as it gets busy here.

Interesting themed restaurant, with merchandise for sale too, the T shirts looked good!!

Went there first time I didn’t really like the foods. Came back second time hoping it’ll be different but nope didn’t enjoy the foods. I barely ate anything & My husband suffered a tummy ache afterward Won’t be going back there again. Also my son had pizza & chips. The pizza was soggy as if it was microwave mini pizzas you get from supermarket. £4.95 for that! It a nice place just need new chef!!

Thought I’d try here for a birthday meal.. been to Route 38 and that wasn’t the best so I tried Route 5.. just the same as Route 38, chicken was dry. Got my partners meat temperature wrong, was waiting for a while before I even got seen! Would not go again.. sorry �

Average service and average food. Had heard good things but when we went the waiters couldn't be bothered and the food was mediocre at best.

Me, my partner and son came here after having a day out was seen quickly and food came out quick but when it did it was disgusting the chicken burger was dry the potato cake was full of grease and didnt taste great at all. My partner had steak and ribs the streak wasnt done to how he asked for the ribs tasted like they was microwaved just no favour to it. My son had mash and sausages and beans which he normally loves and he wouldnt eat it. The sasusages was reheated, the mash had a funny taste and the beans he eat. When we spoke about this a member of staff said the mash is frozen and reheated. When puddings came out my son had the donut and ice cream the first one that came out the donut was rock solid and stale was taken back and a new one came out which tasted plain and not like a donut. I had a sundae and the brownie was stale and rock solid. Was told by the manager all the food is frozen and reheated. Will not be coming back very disappointed
