I'm Rowena and my mission is to help people get healthy through food.

I'm a certified Food For Life Trainer working with the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, I'm a graduate of Cornell's Plant Based Nutrition course and I'm a Founding Trustee of Made In Hackney. I commence studies in Human Nutrition BSc at Greenwich University from September 2017.

Through practical 1-2-1 sessions, workshops and events I help people change their relationships with food, get healthy and improve their wellbeing. I also run supper clubs, provide catering and private dining services to ensure there's a full support package available to the people and groups that I work with.
