Rowhill Grange Hotel & Utopia Spa

Very clean. Very beautiful. Staff were NOT always professional chatting when they should be working often dont show they care. They add hidden charges to everything!! Beds are very comfortable. The spa was fantastic.

Nice location with very quiet surroundings. Ideal place to come and relax. Didn't use any of the treatments but did relax in the Spa area which offers a Jacuzzi, relaxation pool, sauna & swimming pool. Staff are friendly and helpful. Would recommend.

Just brief overnight stay but really enjoyed it. Fabulous beds, spacious room and bathroom. Very gracious helpful staff and good food. Real 4 star. Spa also excellent.

Came here for a spa experience day with the girls and was brilliant! Group of 5 and lots to cram in, but all went to schedule and well, which was great. Lovely atmosphere inside with the dim lights and artsy decor. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Amazing massage, beautiful manicure and totally delicious afternoon tea. Hairdresser did an amazing blow-dry. Whole experience was good.... And got to keep our dressing gowns! ☺ p.s. Beds in the relaxation room were lovely!

Having returned for the second time we are not disappointed. Managing to get a great 2 night deal on buy a gift it has meant we have been able to experience it all.

Breakfast is substantial with great off the menu choices along with self serve buffet. High quality food.

Spa treatment and staff are professional and friendly. With low lighting that certainly sets the right atmosphere.

New to us is the relaxation room, with luxury recliners and blankets, low lit and ambient music. Perfect place to chill after treatment or swim.

Facilities are amazingly not over subscribed meaning you normally have space to your self as you move around the treatment pool.

Dinner was great, especially as we had some of included in the cost. Although if you are paying full price it is a little steep, also with a 12.5% service charge.

Holding off the 5 star rating as maintenance could be better with bulbs and wear and year in a number of places.

I stayed here for one night with a dinner and breakfast. The food was incredible, it tasted amazing. Dinner especially. The spa was very nice, I enjoyed a full body massage which was lovely and relaxing. There is a jacuzzi area with a therapy pool, steam room, saunas in gender separate changing rooms, and a swimming pool. We went on a Monday so it wasn't very busy and didn't have to wait to use anything. There's also a pretty good looking gym but I didn't use it. Lovely grounds and areas to walk and sit and all the staff service was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and attentive.

I was lucky enough to have my wedding here on 13/04/17. My husband and I are so happy with the service and experience we received here. The food was lovely and the staff were very helpful.
We would like to make a special mention to Chris who went above and beyond to make our wedding day special!

We had a lovely experience at the Rowhill Grange Utopia Spa. After a small mix up at the beginning we were treated to a relaxing couples massage. Following this we sat outside the bar and enjoyed some cocktails. The staff were all friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend.

Trendy and upmarket country hotel and spa. Very popular for weddings and similar functions, those who book spa days/treatments and for lunch or dinner. The restaurant is lovely and the food very high quality and tasty. Portions are on the small side though but beautifully presented. Staff are uniformed and very professional, providing an excellent standard of service that i would expect for a restaurant in this high price bracket.
There are landscaped gardens here, ideal for photo moments. I havent stayed overnight here though....yet....
