Rownhams House is a Grade 2 Listed Country House, situated in 12 acres of gardens and woodland with its own magical lake. Rownhams offers office space for startup businesses through to blue chip organisations within the Georgian Main House and Coach House. With close access to the M27, Rownhams is conveniently situated for Southampton, Winchester, Romsey and the surrounding Hampshire villages. We have on site free parking for business tenants and offer a wide selection of meeting rooms for hire by the hour or day. We have office space available from 250sq feet to 2000sq feet. All the offices retain character features and views of the wonderful gardens. We have our own wildlife on site with a heron and family of deer in the relaxing gardens.
