Product Recall- Zenipower mercury free batteries (expiry dates 08-2018 and 09-2018)
Dear Patients,
Certain Zenipower mercury-free hearing aid batteries ,with a best before date of 08-2018 and 09-2018 have been causing problems with hearing aids. There is a low risk associated with these batteries and a Medical Device Warning has been issued (please see the link below). We are recalling these batteries and advising the public NOT to use them. Other batteries will be available ...from your Audiology department.
If possible please return these batteries to Audiology next time you see them.
