Would like to thank an amazing nurse who saw my child in a and e .. due to my son having a rare genetic disorder he can get very upset too new surrounding... on arrival we were met with kindness ... nothing was too much for Owen... after having 12 stitches awake bearing in mind he has to be fully sedated for a tooth out ! Not only did this particular nurse do an outstanding job she also went above and beyond to make my son feel at ease ... all the nurses have a tough time especially on a and e thankyou guys and thankyou NURSE ANDREA XX

After having to visit a&e on the way back from a holiday, the staff were excellent at not only treating me but making provisions for me to continue treatment at my local hospital in Gloucestershire. They were quick and nothing was too much trouble.

Excellent, had an operation there last week. everyone was so kind and helpful, nothing was a problem. What could have been an extremely stressful day was made so easy for me and also for my wife who waited there for the day. A big thanks to all.

I'd like to thank all the hardworking men and women at Royal Lancaster & Ambulance services who looked after me while I was there. I felt l was in safe hands despite the injury. Thanks again.

I cannot praise the Team on the Peaditric outpatients highly enough.
We have had several visits now. The support understanding practicality and care they apply is amazing.

Yesterday afternoon/evening I had urgent need of the services of Lancaster A. & E. Department and wish to place on record my thanks to the attending Doctor and other staff, who used their considerable expertise and experience to attend to my problem. Although the department was busy at the time of my arrival, I could not have wished for a more rapid response in the circumstances and I was impressed by both the care and compassion shown to me. Thank you, one and all.
