We used the Pump Rooms for the University Hockey Ball and have done for a number of years. Once again, the event was well organised and everything done to a high standard. All of the staff were attentive and worked hard to ensure that the night was a success, and any issues were dealt with quickly and with understanding.

We recently got married at Jephson Gardens and it was absolutely fantastic. The place looked amazing and the staff were excellent, especially Ruby who couldn't have been more helpful in both the set up and the actual running of the day. The food was also superb, and this all meant that we could relax and have a great time with our family and friends, which was exactly what we wanted on our wedding day. Great venue - highly recommended.

We just wanted to say what a wonderful wedding day we had at Jephson Gardens! Emily was fantastic at helping us to organise all the details of the day, replying to my endless emails to make sure everything was just perfect- we could not done it without her! On the day everything ran smoothly thanks to the hard work and support of Rebecca and her team. Thank you so much to everybody who helped us have the most perfect wedding! We would highly recommend this as a venue!

We held our Christmas formal at Jephson's for 70 girls, it was a great night and everyone really enjoyed it! The food was amazing and the venue was dressed beautifully! Thank you! xxx

We had our wedding here (Jephson Glass House)on the 12th August 2017. All the staff are great and really helpful. Thanks to Emily Shakespeare-Jones for helping with the planning and the prep work.

All the staff on the day, Jade, Sasha, Charlotte, Ryan and the rest of the team were really professional and all were great. Are evening went really well.

We had an incredible wedding day - thanks to the amazing staff at RLS Events for making 5th August 2017 the best day of our lives!



We held our ceremony in the Pump Rooms and the evening reception in Jephson's and we are so glad that we did. Both venues were absolutely gorgeous, with a stunning walk through Jephson Gardens between the two - what a luxury to be able to split our day between two such beautiful venues in such a glorious setting!



The food was amazing, cocktails were incredible (would highly recommend the cocktail upgrade!) and the staff were absolutely fantastic - we couldn't be happier with how everything went.



Emily was really helpful as our wedding planner and made sure that we had everything we needed, right from the day we booked through to the wedding itself.



The general manager Simon arranged our food tasting for us and was fantastic in discussing guests' dietary requirements and making sure that everyone was catered for. He was also brilliant on the day, and was even waiting with a couple of glasses of champagne at the end of the aisle as we left the Pump Rooms.



We were lucky that there was no event on the day before ours, so Emily and Simon arranged for us to have access the day before to decorate, which was a massive help and definitely took the pressure off on the day.



Jade was our main point of contact at Jephson's the day before and day of the wedding and she was beyond brilliant - she couldn't do enough to help us and make sure that everything was set up the way we wanted. She and her team also helped put out the last of our decorations on the day itself and the venue looked stunning! She was a wedding ninja and made sure that everything ran smoothly on the day itself, whilst being friendly, upbeat and helpful throughout!



The attention to detail from the staff was brilliant and greatly appreciated - everything was perfect! We are so grateful and happy - thank you!!

We got married at Jephsons on 9th April and everything was perfect! The venue sells itself, from the glasshouse to the park surroundings, but what really sells this place are Ashley and the team. They did the most amazing job at ensuring we had the best day- nothing was too much trouble! Thank you so much! Ellie and Stewart

We got married at Jephsons on 26.05.18 and found visiting, booking and planning very easy. Emily was helpful and made us feel relaxed at every stage. Sasha managed the day itself and we can't speak highly enough of her. We were also very pleased with the catering (BBQ and light bites). Overall, a beautiful venue, helpful staff and a relaxed planning process.

We also wish to thank Emily for her brilliant service and meticulous attention to detail in the organising of our Wedding party on 19/5/17. The team headed by Simon and Jade were just so good even rescuing us when a very important guest reminded us that she didn't eat beef! The food was lovely and nothing was too much trouble and we had a real laugh setting up the day before. The venue itself is stunning with beautiful views in every direction. We also hired the temperate house which we lit up with loads of fairy lights - it felt like being on holiday abroad! Thanks to all involved at RLS/Kudos/ Jephsons.

Just wanted to drop you a note to say a huge thank you for giving Prav and I the most perfect day on 3rd June. We were so, so happy with the venue & everything went PERFECT on the day! Simon was fabulous on Saturday & had a glass of fizz waiting for us after the ceremony (perfection!)

Jephson Gardens is a stunning and unique wedding venue.

Ashley and the team were brilliant and accommodated all our very last minute changes. Thank you all for making our day so memorable.

After visiting the Pump rooms and Jephson's I have to say what amazing venues they both are. The Pump rooms has a more classic feel, and is delicately stunning. Jephson's is modern and has amazing views jephsons gardens, which is great for photo opportunities. The staff are also extremely helpful and very knowledgeable, and the food is really yummy! My recommendations all round.

Held a 50 person ball with a 3-course meal and was very impressed with the friendly, professional service, and the flexibility and warm welcome that the staff offered to us. Would recommend this beautiful place to any group looking to host an event in a gorgeous venue on beautiful grounds with very efficient and pleasant staff.

Despite some teething problems during the planning process, our wedding day at Jephson's on Saturday 3/06/17 was perfect. The BBQ was spot on - meat cooked perfectly and gorgeous side salads too. The guests loved the relaxed atmosphere and some said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. Staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for a perfect day - it was everything we had hoped for!

Poor value for money , look elsewhere unless they say they have changed the caterer (see my comment on the Roaring 20s night held on 12th December 2014

If you want food at your event stay away from these caterers appalling food watered down soup cold plates.
