Visited Last month, Delicious flavourful Indian food , everything was fresh and worth the money! Waiter not very professional and place lacks of atmosphere adequate to this sort of restaurant but Both me and my partner agree to rate 5 for the food �

The food is superb, ambiance is great, location fantastic and good service as well. Everything about the Royal Tandoori is done well. I ate early in the evening shortly after it opened and there were quite a few in even then. I was met and seated quickly. The menu has a great selection and is well priced. I overheard a fellow diner ask for something that was not on the menu and they were happy to do that, always a good indication of a proper restaurant. I left the restaurant very well pleased with price, quality and quantity. Would go back if I ever found myself in Reading again.

Perfect as usual food is amazing. This is my family's favourite Restaurant in Reading.

Lovely Jalfrezi nice and hot but not too hot . Just perfect . Great service as wel. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Reading .

Highly recommended to everyone!!! The spices used in the food were amazing tickled the tastebuds for sure and the variety of dishes to choose from were incredible all delicious, great value piping hot food & fast service. Must Visit!

Amazing Indian food! Some of the best I’ve had. Everything so full of flavour and cooked to perfection.

A regular here and never had a bad meal! Live there squeaky chilli cheese �

good service and excellent food and the background music not too loud!

Huuuge menu. Heaps for vegetarians. Unusual or out of the ordinary dishes available with all the regular favourites. Not the cheapest Indian but defo one of the best and certainly worth the extra. Plenty of dishes are perfect for sharing. Highly recommended - frequented by Indians every night, which speaks volumes.

Best place for indian food in reading

The food was lovely with a good & varied menu; it came out promptly & hot. All was going well until the table was cleared and that was the last we saw of the staff. No asking if we wanted to see the dessert menu, no asking if anymore drinks were required, a pleasant hour spent talking amongst ourselves but no further interaction from the staff until we asked for the bill - let the evening down

Absolutely awful load is drunks making a terrible noise and management did nothing service dreadful never again
