Probably good if you’ve booked a service, but pop in and ask for help...don’t bother. I received a comment on a Saturday ‘we don’t do maintenance on a Saturday but could look between customers if you leave it’. I was the only person in the shop...Oh, I did sort the problem, it was a school boy error that would have taken a few seconds for someone more experienced to spot

Doesn't look very impressive from the outside but inside is the opposite, very clean and modern. I went in for some advice about punctures on a road bike and they didn't try to sell me me pointless stuff. Really great service and great staff.

I always get my bikes serviced at Roylans. They're very friendly and my bike is returned feeling like a new machine.
I also buy bits and pieces here and the advice is consistently helpful. Recommended!

Thanks for the help on Friday Guys. I came in having smashed my derailleur ,hanger and chain after a 30 mile cycle. You did a great job and I made it back the 30 miles and my bike is going better than ever! And you didnt charge the earth.

Super shop! Strong advice, fair prices and excellent service. Do yourself a favour and buy a bike from these guys, instead of going online.
