We have been dealing with RPMS for the last few months and have found them to be very professional and easy to deal with.

I have always found RPMS Letting of Beverley to be very efficient, prompt and courteous in my dealings with them. I would highly recommend them to any potential tenant.

What a company these are.... Been waiting for information about my bond since movingout on 9th july heard nothing had to dispute it and still there not responding. Not a very trustworthy company and alls there want to do is rip you off....all about money!!!

Terrible service, difficult to get hold of and then after finally arranging a date, the appointment was cancelled the day before I was to view. Don't waste your time, avoid!

Terrible service No contact from the staff regarding viewings- one was cancelled the evening before the viewing, which was a Saturday. I had to ring several times to try to get my appointment time, to be told the tenants were being awkward and wasn't letting anyone view that day. Couldn't arrange an evening viewing for the following week. Was advised to call back the following Thursday to see if property was still available, which it was. Couldn't view until a week on Saturday. Told I would receive a telephone call on the Friday afternoon before re time of appointment. I noticed online that the property wasn't advertised anymore on the Friday they should be ringing with an appointment. I rang and was told the property had been let earlier in the week- couldn't let me know it had gone as they only update the diary on a Friday. Is this how to run a successful business?. I have left all my Saturday free, not knowing what time my appointment should have been, thinking I would be viewing a house. Now back to square one, I have wasted two weeks on one property. I will not be looking to use this company again

Recently tried to let a house for my staff filled all the forms and started waiting for their response.. and waited and waited we contacted back to them excuses.. and waited.. contacted again more excuses.. and waited again.. after 3 weeks we contacted again guess what... they said landlord took it from the market.. I ve said how come nobody contacted us?? They said "we don't know ".. Absolutely incredible.. this agent shouldn't have a license.. no respect to their job or to the client.. absolutely discusting manor and behaviour.. thanks for wasting our time and thanks for nothing

The hardest company to get in touch with. Called 8 times throughout the day on separate week days to no answer & all messages i left were ignored. After a few hours an email was eventually responded to without answering both queries i asked about a property and arranging a viewing.
At a later date i enquired about a property that was no longer available but still listed, i then asked if there was anything else similar that was available to a very quick blunt "no".
Didn't even try to ask what i was looking for or be helpful in the slightest. Awful service, avoid where possible.

Absolutely rude!! Katie's attitude is awful, she is prepotent, cubish and unpleasant. She doesn't do her job and doesn't keep her word.

They are not interested in their jobs or to please costumers.
Have heard about their absolutely unprofessionalism and it's true.
Try to find another letting agency, they don't deserve your money.

Absolutely woeful customer service. Constantly chasing them via phone and email. Never deliver what they promise. Wouldn't use again
