So you lovely folks, my latest project with the NHS Guys and St Thomas's Hospital on the big old smoke is due to complete on 10th June which means that I am on the hunt for my next project to keep me out of mischief. Just wanted to send an email to feedback how helpful it has been having Ray involved in the front door redesign project. I know when you first mentioned the additional support I didn’t quite understand how we would use it, but I can definitely say that he’s been indispensable. He has developed excellent relationships with all of the clinical teams, and everyone has confidence in him t...o resolve issues and deliver on any actions. He’s also been a really helpful link between the clinical teams and estates, and has helped to ensure that end user requirements are reflected in the building works, and to help us plan around the opening of new areas.
Together with Neil, the support we have had from estates on this project has been excellent, so just wanted to make you aware and pass on our thanks

So, the long suffering Mrs Wendy Thain had an idea to raise some money for the Leukaemia unit in Manchester (CALLM) and a memory of our dear friend Liz who lost her battle with leukaemia. Let’s do the Pennine Way and we’ll do it in 14 days, okay I said not thinking anymore about it. We set ourselves a target of £2K and then thought “Is that a bit ambitious?” Well, we have a week before we set off from Edale, eeekk! Tonight we hit the £1K mark, thank you everyone who has donated so far you are all wonderful generous people. Half way there, please tell your friends about our challenge to help us raise the other half 😃

KM Accountants safely relocated. It's been a long weekend but the sense of achievement out weighs those hours. Soft landings today.

Seriously! People wonder why I love my work so much when the wife hires a cleaner then cleans the house to make sure it's clean for the cleaner.
On a serious note, employees can be right messy folk at times.
I've got a friend who tells me when she worked in corporate world her colleagues used to leave a right bloody mess in the kitchen and toilets.
... Well the men anyway apparently ;)
And the fact that women would never do that and the men just wouldn't treat their own homes the same way.
One thing that infuriates employees though is cleaners coming in and switching the hoover on at 6.30pm making a right racket when all they want to do is concentrate and get their reports finish.
So CEO's and bosses you have three options.
Option 1 - Tell your staff to stop gossiping in the day they they might get their work finished on time .....
or
Option 2 - Make the staff clear up after themselves.....
or
Option 3 - Get the cleaner in super early. Then they can take the rest of the day off and sit in the sun ;)
