Very good communication and a high level of care. Dr Fatima patiently and throughly answered all the questions I had about my treatment before going ahead (Xanthelasma removal). I was made to feel very comfortable during the operation and was provided with detailed post procedure care instructions. I would be confident to visit again.

Just returned from my Tear Trough filler treatment appointment. OMG! I can't believe it! It has wiped 5 years off my face! It took me a year to pluck up the nerves to do it, but my goodness Dr Nina couldn't have been lovelier or more professional. I would highly recommend the treatment and the clinic. I will be going back soon!

I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Nina Sheffield and her team at rtwskin. Having had MonaLisa Touch treatments for VA, facial mole removal and a consultation with Dr Fatima the dermatologist for another issue, I believe both the professionalism and personal reassurance offered at this clinic is well worth the 4 hour journey!! The added bonus is that Tunbridge Wells is such a lovely place to visit. I will certainly be returning :)

I had a mole removed and the whole process was really really good. After being told that the NHS no longer remove moles that are benign, I sought to get it removed privately. I work in Tunbridge Wells, had driven past the clinic and decided to try it out. The reception team were really friendly and a consultant saw me straight away. (Also very friendly and informative.) I had a dark, pigmented, 3 dimensional mole removed from a sensitive area (The removal was also painless) and it's completely gone. I took the aftercare advice and applied the anti biotic cream I bought from the clinic and applied plasters that I bought from Boots for the first couple of days. I had the mole removed on the 28th of May and 6 weeks later after applying Bio Oil twice a day once it was healed. (When I wake up and before bed) It's gone!! Thank you very much RTW Skin for a quick, reasonably priced, effective mole removal. Also to the people complaining below...Don't make a mountain out of a MOLEhill.

I had a consultation with rtw skin today about my moles and I was really impressed! Beautifully kitted out, really friendly, very helpful and didn't feel uncomfortable at all. Wish I'd gone to see them years ago!

Had my lashes given the LVL treatment by Poppy yesterday. Apart from a wonderful treatment, staff as usual, so friendly and polite.

Had LVL lashes done today with Poppy and so pleased with the result! She did a really good job and i would definitely come back to have it done again. :)

Always come here for my Botox and other treatment really professional staff friendly and honest about what is achievable and always have a natural look when I have my treatment

Would NOT recommend this clinic! My mum had fillers that left hard lumps in her cheeks that are still there now. They didnt offer any kind of compensation or way to help recitify, other than putting in more fillers?!!! I would give a zero if i could!!!

If i could score a 0 i would, inboxed twice both times the message has been seen but just ignored... What a shame I had high hopes... Typically reply in an hour? Definitely not, looking elsewhere now.
