From the grill every evening: Our pork belly generously rubbed in our secret blend of spices, served on a Baharat spiced celeriac purée and pineapple salsa 🍍

We can never decide between lamb or chicken either so why not just have both? Our mixed grill of chicken shawarma, lamb kofta and merguez sausage!! With all the sauces, roasted peppers and tabbouleh!!😋
