Ordered food at 6.10 pm still nothing at 7.25pm so rang to be told it was on its way , phoned again at 7.55pm and was told delivery driver had an accident so it would be another 15 mins so I said if it's not here by 8.15 then we don't won't it after waiting 2 hours , to then be shouted at by the guy on the phone who said forget your order and then started cursing at me in his language , so you can imagine what I said before I hung up

Will never order again and should of checked these reviews first as this place is an absolute joke

Most expensive take away ever. Nan bread was cold, chicken dry. Never again

Food took 2 hours to arrive despite being lied to, 45 minutes previous, that it was on its way.
When finally arriving, it was unsurprisingly cold.
Delivery driver was rude and obnoxious however this could have been due to all the other customers before us who were equally unimpressed.
The free items listed on the menu were missing from the the order.
Food did taste good despite the issues raised above

Food is spot on with great service.

The food from Ruching Indian takeaway is simply plate licking good. We've never had a bad meal from them. They should open a restaurant, it would be the best for miles. The lamb gosht masala is amazing. 5 Star!!

food was 5 star as normal despite two of the meals didn't turn up as the delivery driver went to the wrong address as he later realised that he made a mistake as I called Ruchi back saying two of meals didn't arrive as they sent the delivery driver back out

Stopped using this takeaway for a while, seems like they have changed ownership or something. Anyway ,glad to say its back on track....Great food and delivered within the hour....Excellent

What a shame, this used to be one of the best in Doncaster. 1 hr 45 minutes for delivery after being told it would be 45 minutes. Promise of discount never materialised, and the Lamb Rogan was awful with no spice or curry flavour. The food was barely warm when it finally arrived.
I have been using this place since it opened, sadly that will be the last order I ever place.
