Gertie and Bertie are two super cute Pug x Shih Tzus who came for a groom. Sadly due to a change in their owners circumstances they are looking for a new home. They are both 18months old and super friendly. They can go together or separately but are very bouncy so are not recommend to be around small children as they bounce up and knock them over. If you’re interested in offering them a home or know someone please ask them to get in touch 🙂 All new home offers will be checked out by their current owners.

Tried my first head massage.. ladies are lovely and was nice to take some time out for myself. Been decorated so lovely on the inside, and such a novelty for the pups to be in and out of the grooming area � massage area completely away from them however don't worry, very private and cosy. ����

Took my little puppy Marley to have his 1st shampoo and experience of a grooming salon and what a lovely time he had � Mandy and her mum are such lovely people and did a fantastic job Marley looks and smells great would recommend ruff nd buff to anyone who needs there pet looking after and being given 5 star treatment ���

Took my 3 ladies who due to illness were long overdue their haircut and pamper. Boy did you have your work cut out with our handfuls! What amazing patience, kindness,professionalism you had with our clan. Amazing cut and pamper they have never looked so good. Highly recommend to any doggie owner. Nothing was too much trouble. Today I had an Indian head massage at Ruff & Buff. Having never had a massage of this type before, I didn't know what to expect and I was very pleasantly surprised! It was a very different experience to my usual massages, she used a variety of techniques which proved her expertise and I left feeling wonderfully relaxed. The staff are welcoming and friendly and made me feel comfortable and valued. I will definitely be returning �

Lovely smart modern salon. Took two of my dogs who were in desperate need of a good cut and bath. Mandy was easy to talk to and explain how I like them groomed. Afterwards they looked fab and smelt wonderful. Thanks Mandy x

Thoroughly recommend this salon and I have already rebooked for me and my furry babies. X

The 5 stars are from myself and my dog Jacko. Called in to have Jacko groomed and ended up getting my nails done too. Mandy did an excellent job, and I loved the way she interacted with my dog, making him feel comfortable in what she was doing.

I also ended up having my nails redone as I wasn't happy with the acrylic nails that another nail salon had done. Jackie took her time, explaining the processes and I've ended up with a set of false nails, that look incredibly natural.

I have rebooked for myself and my dog as I'm delighted with the service given.

Thanks to Mandy today for a well overdue cut and bath for our little boy Denzil. He looked brilliant. Such a lovely salon, lovely friendly people. Will highly recommend to anyone, so pleased we have booked another visit. Denzil looking forward to it already. Thanks again. x

Thank you Mandy. Both Tilly and Genghis look fabulous and are so soft. I loved that we could work together for the look suitable for both their breed ( Tibetan Terriers) and their specific coats. A special thank you for your consideration of Genghis emotional needs. I felt so at ease.

Our first visit to Mandy today, brought my Border terrier Nell for a cut and pamper, which I might add is not the easiest job in the world!

I have to say she looked amazing, Mandy is absolutely brilliant, I can't recommend this salon highly enough, professional, friendly, welcoming, wonderful with the dogs and spotlessly clean.

Lovely ladies! We have a very nervous dog who has never been to the groomers before. Mandy was so kind and patient and she even let my our other dog hang out with her. She looked like a new dog when she came out- Mandy did a great job. Will definitely continue to take her there again. Thanks � ��

I've just floated home after my first ever Indian head massage and I loved it! I found it to be very relaxing and Jackie was incredibly affable, easy going, knowledgeable and capable. I can recommend the head massage which actually includes a neck and shoulder massage and a mini facial. All a first for me and I will be trying out another treatment very soon. Thank you x

Highly recommended- took my beaglebums for the first time today.. they completely enjoyed it, wagging their tails when we collected them.. they smell gorgeous and now on the sofa chilling!!!

First visit for the boys today after searching for a new groomer. What can I say lovely people and the boys seemed so relaxed from the off. Attentive and looked at there needs rather than rushing to get them finished. All the right questions asked and all the right answers to. Archie and Jess went for their first groom with ruff&buff yesterday and we couldn’t stop their tails from wagging when we picked up, absolutely lovely ladies who work their and both very confident with our big boxer Archie who we know can be a handful. Very pleased and will definitely be returning � thank you!
