Across The Festival On The Close , we will be running more than 300 free creative workshops. These are open to local schools, giving hundreds of children the chance to learn from professional artists and have the opportunity to take part in a variety of live performances. The arts are in danger of disappearing from state schools, and schools like Rugby have an obligation to do what they can to share their teachers and facilities.
