Have used Ruislip cars quite a few times now. I have had a very positive experience so far. They offer very professional and prompt service. Keep it up!

O my god is it genuine car company !!

I call cab from Gurkha's Pride Restaurant, 148 High Street, Ruislip, Saturday at 22:50pm the lady receptionist say 5 minutes. We called after 10 minutes again. She said 5 minute more. We called after 15 then she said 2 more minutes. My customers were already bored. I call again 23:40pm again she said 5 minutes. I said her just tell me the problem. She replied you want cab or not?
O my god is it right thing that she was telling us. We called alpha cab immediately then that arrived after 5 minutes and say sorry for our customers. They understood because of they are our regular customers and we never lying them.
So Gurkha's Pride Restaurant, Ruislip will not give anymore business for ruislip car. The staff looks dishonest. Sorry guys......

Needs a minus 5 star. Better to get a bicycle than use this incompetent rude service. 3 pickups in a row from Heathrow late, incorrect car brought to pick us up, drivers card didn't work so had to pay for him to get out of the parking lot! Try complain and head office attitude stinks! use at your own peril!

Rude staff, speaking all the swearing words to their clients. Extremely unhelpful, uncourteous and very very rude staff who are not fit at all to take bookings. I had a very very rude person over the phone who said was constantly swearing over the phone. If you are looking for a friendly, committed and honest service dont ever think of going there. I would have given minus reviews but it does'nt go less than 1 star. Pathetic, worst, unprofessional, rude whose tradition is never to follow their commitments to their clients. The person over the phone hung up the phone when challenged over the taxi getting late

Have used Ruislip Cars for a number of years. The office is very friendly and concise with bookings and the drivers are welcoming, whether it's for a quick trip for one or a night out with a rowdy bunch of lads. Deferred to Uber for a while, but getting tired of miserable drivers. Now once again a loyal customer.

Been a long time user with Ruislip cars and have always had an excellent experience with the drivers and office staff, they've recently gone computerised which is excellent I now receive texts when the driver is on the way, description of the vehicle and a text to say they are outside. Always on time and such excellent drivers always happy and chatty that make me feel comfortable. Great job Ruislip cars I refuse to go anywhere else.

Booked this company to go to Gatwick, quoted on the phone £55, when the driver came he said it was £70 due to the luggage, I said I explained on the phone exactly what luggage I had. The driver then told me it was because they only had an estate car available so they were trying to charge me for something I didnt even order (I ordered a saloon car). I rang and spoke to the office who weren't very helpful or polite. Not only this but the driver was complaining the whole way there about getting back due to the traffic on the other side of the motorway! Definitely wouldn't use this company again.
