A few years ago I used to use Ruislip cars very often, however once when I was in central London I pre ordered a cab to come back to Ruislip. When this cab was an hour and five minutes late I rang the firm to tell them I was going to book a cab from central London as the service was unacceptable. To which an operator completely switched their persona saying a driver was already on their way and how unacceptable this was. After this I stopped using Ruislip cars, however this morning when left with no choice I decided to use them again. They were fifteen minutes late after I called the office three times, which consequently meant that I was picked up at quarter to 9 instead of half past 8 and I was late to work. Unacceptable service and wish I never made the error to use them again.

We booked the cab by email whilst away. Just after we landed at Heathrow terminal 2 on Monday 11th. September, we got a call from the driver telling us where to meet him. Perfect service; our quickest getaway from Heathrow ever, highly recommended! Thank you very much.

Beware!!! thieve and fraudsters. Book a cab for my wife to hospital. Fare was quoted £15. Next morning in the middle of the journey, driver said it would be £22 as it is far. My wife rang me and when I rang their office the first attended said the lady who quoted £15 was new. she didn’t know much about the fairs. I told her that’s not my fault she is your staff. She transferred me to an idiot guy (may be manager) who were was rude and harsh. I explained the whole situation to him he said he didn’t know where that £15 came from. I asked him to hear recording he said there was no call recordings. Asked me pay full amount or he would asked the driver the pull over and call the police to deal with my wife who is pregnant and all alone in car. I said if you do this I will complain as well that you are harassing us and he said well I have call recording that you are not paying full fare. I asked how comes you have recording now but not for the last time when you staff was dealing with customer. Anyway my pregnant wife had very important hospital appointment so I had to hang up. But is it a really a joke? No sense of responsibility, no customer service harassing the customers and pregnant woman. Overcharging. Never ever gonna use these thieve. That’s why they just send message of driver detail and not fare so they could over charge whatever money they want and however they want.

I called Ruislip cars at 7.40am and booked a car for 8.20am. I cancelled the cab at 9am after numerous phone calls and being lied to the cab waS coming in 10 mins, 5 mins, 12 mins and stuck in so much traffic. Gave them a chance to redeem themselves being my local firm and 5 mins was 17 mins! Never ever using this firm again. Avoid if in a hurry and maybe use if not in a hurry and have time to waste. They have no remorse either, absolutely useless
