Whilst clearly biased, but having been a student at Ruskin (89-91), can I encourage all visitors to this FB page to promote Ruskin and encourage friends, family colleagues to come along to one of the open days to see what we have to offer?
The best year of my life! I made some great friends and gained the education I had lost in my earlier years due to political violence.

Ruskin experience changed my life when I attended Ruskin 1991/92. I graduated 1996 in University of Salford. In past ten years I have been working in housing sector as a housing officer. Thanks Ruskin
One of the best years of my life loved every minute of it met some lovely people who I'll never forget
My husband was born in Ruskin in 1944 . Yes, that's where he started :)

Looking for people who attended Ruskin college in the late eighties .it help me,I gain the C.Q.S.W. it was brill ,but hard. Work.
Great place good facilities open to all ages never to late to learn something new,place steeped in history
As a student, Ruskin was like a resurrection for me. I owe it so much. I had suffered from memory loss from meningitis at 18 years old along with many other ailments including anxiety and that took me years to recover from. I had no qualifications due to the memory loss stopping my 6th form studies, and Ruskin gave me that break to get through the first year of my degree and to move onto Brookes to do the rest. I am now a successful software engineer and I owe so much to Ruskin for this opportunity. I don't think I would have made it this far without it.

Studied there in the mid-70's when it was on two sites, Headington and Walton Street and the course was two years long (Diploma). In those days in was a hotbed of radicalism, a bit quieter now of course but still a lifeline to adults wanting to get back into education, thank goodness. Bill Wells (76-78)
Fantastic college, excellent support, 1999 - 2002. Changed my life completely, met wonderful people from all over the world.
