Ruthie'S Fermented Foods Description
Fermented or Cultured Foods such as Kefir, Kombucha or Sauerkraut have trillions of probiotics in them which are believed to be essential in providing good Gut Health. Looking after your gut is important for anyone but especially for people with auto-immune conditions. I became a passionate fermenter through trying to provide the best nutrition for my two sons (now young men) who both have auto-immune conditions. Fermenting is very easy to do, a cross between cooking and gardening and possibly looking after a pet (! ) and I will be running local workshops to encourage fermenting at home. Unfortunately I am no longer selling at farmers markets as I have two many other project on this winter but will possibly come back to it next year.

This is a great way to experience local fermented, soaked and sprouted food in all its tasty, nutritious glory! Dinner parties most Saturdays throughout the summer in the garden of a Brighton cemetery gatehouse.
Unfortunately I will not be attending any more farmers markets this winter as I have too many other non-fermenting projects on! I can recommend The Cultured Kitchen, Love Kombucha, Wild Cultures (all on FB). xx
