Rutland Cycling - Barnwell Road

My nephew had an issue with some delamination on a Giant carbon fibre frame which a local Giant dealer had advised was terminal.Having had good service from the Barnwell store on my ebike I took in the frame in to them for a second opinion. Despite not having purchased the bike from them Matt Holywood suggested it should be a warranty claim. This was then vigorously pursued by Stijn Laeven the result being a brand new Giant TCR frame.
It is a pleasure to deal with people who are willing to go the extra mile to resolve an issue to the customers complete satisfaction and they are now my family's bike shop of choice for any cycling purchase or issue.

Great shop! The staff are so friendly and helpful. I bought a bike from them, and it took several goes to get the handlebar height just right for me. They are patient and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend them!

I bought a fixie bike online that needed final tightening and tweaking with tools I didn't have. They did it for free! Awesome service. That's how to earn a return customer. I bought a helmet and will be back for my next bits.

Really excellent service from the guys at Barnwell Road. Stejn went out of his way to resolve an issue with my Scott E-aspect mtb battery when it failed completely. They also resolved niggling problems with vibration in the headset and brakes without additional charges other than parts. Really great, thanks.

Amazing staff. I was really in need and they helped me. Ten minutes before they were closing they fixed my punctured tyre.

The staff were very helpful in particular Henry, we had visited several other cycle shops both independents and chains but found the help and advice we received at Rutland cycles banwell road by far the best everything was explaned in terms we understood and we were able to ride the bike also. I would have no hesitation in recommending this store to anyone for any cycle needs big or small. Thanks for your help Henry looking forward to many hours of enjoyment from the new road bike.

I always receive GREAT Customer service from Izzy and Chris! The guys in the workshop are AWESOME! Repairs are always carried out to a very high standard. Highly recommend this shop for anything bicycle related! Will definitely come again.

Went in today with what I though was a big problem. Turns out my forks weren't connected properly so they were loose. All connected and fixed in 5 minutes. Excellent service. Will definitely be going back again.

Efficient, friendly, fast service even on a Sunday.

Booked a full service. Friendly service and best of all, because my bicycle was in such a good state, they only charged me for a standard service (a third of the price). Very friendly staff. I'll definitely choose them again, but not until my bike really needs it.

The staff helped me out a couple times with pulling and installing bearings on my DH bike wheels. My friend also picked up a road bike I spotted there on sale for a good price. I will be going back when I need service on my mountain bikes.
