A fantastic shop with really helpfully staff I went in after a specific waterproof jacket that they unfortunately didnt have in at the time the gentleman behind the counter informed me another store had the jacket I was after and called the store and asked for it to be transferd i had phone call the next day to say it was there it was all done very quickly I’m very happy with my choice I would recommend

Went into Rutland Cycling Cambridge Station today for a new set of tyres for my bike as my old ones where well past it was helped by a big gentleman behind the counter I didn’t get his name he suggested I should go for a tyre more suited to the weather conditions a winter tyre I was shown lots of options and eventually settled on the Marathon Plus they fitted them quickly and I was on my way very happy with the service I shall be recommending them

Very unhepful staff and very rude.
Bad customer service, served by an old grumpy man at the station branch.
"Rudeland Cycling" is much more appropriate name for this store.

Popped in with a flat tyre at 8am, had it fixed before 9:30am same day! Professional, polite, and amiable staff. Would recommend.

Terrible staff with no cycling knowledge, only care about making a sale. A year ago I bought a road bike from Rutland which I regret. Only once the 30 days return period had gone and when I got into cycling a bit more did I realise the bike might be a little too big. The situation: When I went in asking about the bike (cannonade caad8) the guy (old guy) straight away said the 56cm would fit me the best, just by looking at me... I am 5' 8". I said no I'm probably a 54cm (going by a previous bike I had for a month - at the time I didn't know much about bikes and thought it was just an industry standard measurement and didn't know too much about geometry of bikes...). He then shouted across the store to another guy (big fellow) and said along the lines of 'this guy is a 56cm right?' and the big fellow just had a quick glance from away and went 'yeah 56cm would be perfect'. Ended up getting the 54cm, but wished I paid more from another store to get actual advice on sizing, as the 54cm is probably a bit big as well.

Terribly unroganised and clueless staff. Prebooked my bike service, dropped off my bike and was told I could pick up at the end of the day. Luckily I called in before and they hadn't done anything. Extended to next day, called to make sure they're on the case and they were unaware of any job in need of doing then put the phone aside to check something and forgot - just never came back again. Never going back there for sure.

Really bad manners when dealing with the client. The person who was asking for my details (telephone number and email) made me feel very uncorfortable. He even dropped his pen because I had to repeat my telephone number several times. Then he started to snort when I made a mistake when spelling my email. I didn't like his manners so I left the shop. I don't think that was the proper way to deal with clients.

There was a slight delay with the electric bike key but Arran the manager was great in sorting this out - really excellent customer service - thank you

Bought a couple of balance bikes for the grandkids, Rutland have matched the best prices I can get anywhere, I've only contacted them a couple of times for a delivery update, nevertheless there customer service response has been pretty much immediate so I can't fault them. So why not five stars I hear you cry; well I've not yet had them delivered they should be with me tomorrow, when they are then it will be 5 stars as far as my experience is concerned. Cheers.
