Rutland Cycling - Histon

I was on my way to Luxembourg and having hit Cambridge the bearing in my free hub body had completely disintegrated. As soon as I walked into he store the staff were all welcoming and empathetic. Rob took on the job and spent two hours trying to fix it, not an easy job! He didn't have the right bearings in stock so he contacted all his local stores to see if any did. he managed to find one which did and drove down to pick it up. I was on the road within two hours. Haven't received better customers anywhere and am extremely grateful to Rob and the team!

Customer service was terrible. They were fine on the phone but the sales team very poor. Totally uninterested in the sale. We had to ask for the handbook and they eventually bought the wrong colour touch up paint and couldn't be bothered to get the correct one. They told me to phone the manufacturer. Definitely would not recommend them

Use Histon and Grand Arcade depending on work commitments - The workshop service is very good at both - Best I have used in Cambridge.

Great survive and really friendly (non pushy) staff who really seem to know there stuff. I ended up buying my kids bikes from here and got the same level as surface as my state of the art road bike.

Back into cycling after over 20 years away for it….my, things have changed!
Called into this shop to buy a couple of new helmets for myself and my wife.
Impressed with the layout of the shop and plenty of choice and good stock.
The sales person (Steve) was very informative and incredibly helpful, he went to a lot of trouble to find out what we really needed and then to make sure it fitted us both well.
He didn't try to sell us something that was more than we required, actually we came out of the shop spending less than we thought we would, and because of that we will be back when we need more cycle gear. Well done!!!

Depends who you speak to. Ages ago I bought a child bike seat and got a very uninterested response. However recently purchasing a road bike the service was amazing. Great bike fit and help with all accessories.
