Our first batch of chickens for this year are ready and are selling quickly! Please get in touch if you would like to come and have a look or buy some.

We're making progress on the new chicken pens and shop. Our first batch of birds will be ready for next weekend (2nd/3rd March). 😁

We've had a busy week getting the new chicken shed sorted for this year. We've now got a concrete path from the car park to the shed and a fantastic concrete floor inside. We've just got the pens to build ready for the first batch of chickens which should be ready for the first week of March 😁

Good afternoon! For anybody that has been waiting for either Rutland Blues or Rutland legbars (blue egg layers) both are now back in stock as is everything else. Lots of chooks to choose from at the moment :-) We've also got a few lavender pekin and wyandotte bantams ready to go. Please feel free to get in touch if you would like to pop up for a look.

We've just got our first batch of point of lay chickens in for this year 😀 As usual we've got a great mix of different birds with brown, white and blue egg layers in stock. Please get in touch if you would like to pop in and collect some!

We delivered and installed a new chicken run for one of our customers this week. This has to be the best sign seen on any of our runs! Isn't it great?! For anybody waiting for chickens our next batch should be ready from tomorrow afternoon and will include some blue egg laying birds again :-)

Welcome to the latest additions to the farm! We think that they are a Tamworth cross - they're lovely little pigs ☺

It's been a busy few days trying to dodge the showers and get the oil seed rape harvested. We've got another half days combining to do and then we move onto the wheat.

We're once again fully stocked up with chickens. At the moment we have a great variety of birds that produce a variety of different coloured eggs. Most breeds will lay brown eggs but we also have breeds that lay snow white eggs and blue eggs. Please get in touch for more details!

Our next batch of chickens will be ready from Monday 3rd July. We will have all the usual birds as well as blue egg layers. The blue egg layers are always very popular so please let me know if you would like to reserve any!
We've still got some Rhode Rocks, copper blacks and speckeldys in stock for anybody that can't wait!

We've had the shearing gang in today to relieve the sheep of their wooly jumpers. It's certainly the warmest weather we've ever had for shearing!

One of our call ducks had been hiding under a feeder sat on some eggs. Clever girl hatched 8 little ducklings out today!
