Brexit Statement. (Very boring but needs to be done) We have been asked to clarify our position for 2019 with regards to the possible "no deal" scenario.
We are taking the following steps in preparation for and in accordance with current government guidelines for trading with the EU in a no deal scenario.
... Rutland Pumps Limited trades with both EU and non-EU countries for both imports and export. As such we have the systems in place to deal with any changes in customs paperwork and import tariffs for which we may become responsible, we are preparing to bolster our stock levels for the beginning of 2019 to cover any delays in the processing of imports from the EU.
Our carriers are committed to maintaining a free flow of goods and are preparing the necessary systems and undergoing the necessary training to minimise disruption.
For both domestic and export purposes we are keeping up to date with changes to the machinery directive for the production of products to remain compliant with any changes which may take place.
Ensured we are registered with the relevant customs departments to deal with import and export with the relevant countries.
Rest assured that we will be prepared for any outcome and will continue to be able to support your businesses with minimal interruption in the event of a "no deal".

Thanks to the lovely people at openreach putting new lines in from the pole last night everything is back to normal today! Thank you for your patience :)

Due to damage by a contractor working on an adjacent site our units have no telephone or internet access. We can and are still taking calls from an office offsite but there may be a small delay in picking orders as the system is cloud based.
