RxGym, located on the The Boulevard, West Didsbury has been Rx Box - M20 CrossFits home for the past 4 years. It wouldn't have been possible to have built such an amazing club without the support and loyalty of our members. Thankyou again.��As a company, RxGym are continually striving to improve the services we offer and give our members access to the very best facilities fo...r an unbeatable price. With this in mind we have been working tirelessly for the past 6 months to enable us to move our CrossFit classes to a new location that will not only be bigger (TWICE the size!) and better but it will be completely dedicated to CrossFit. ��So let's give you some further information on this exciting news!
LOCATION: The brand new CrossFit facility, Rx Box will be conveniently located on Princess road in West Didsbury, M20 2LT less than 2 minutes away from Rx Gym.
FACILITIES: This incredible 2,000+ sq/ft facility dedicated to CrossFit will include:-
An overall greater CrossFit experience Inclusive access to Rx Gym� Brand new, hi-spec kit� More classes & greater variety (40+ classes a week)� Elite coaches - Results focused� 24ft world class CrossFit rig� Competition standard flooring� Bespoke warm-up and mobility zone� Changing rooms with showers
OPENING DATE: The proposed opening date for the new Rx Box will be March 2019 (exact date will be released shortly) with CrossFit no longer being available at Rx Gym. We will be planning some preview events including a launch party closer to this this date

Fun Time Friday is back.
Friday the 2th November we will be holding an in-house team competition and then drinks in The Metropolitan from 9pm. We have designed the team competition for all levels and abilities. Teams will be randomly picked on the day. It’s going to be great fun and all the trainers are looking forward to this new and improved Fun time Friday.
... To attend the team competition please book in via our online platform 7 days before the event. The competition will begin at 630pm. If you cannot attend the competition then please join us for a drink after.
