Great Team of Staff, they have really helped me while on the phone. Answered most of my questions, didn't arrange a booking as the property was no longer available by the time I called but they were helpful, providing other available solutions regardless.

2 Stars are only because of the person who showed us the property in a well mannered way otherwise it was 1. unfortunately after the viewing agency didn't respond back although I have mentioned that I have other options and a No could be consider as a valid response.

We are currently letting a property through Ryan Baker Estate Agent's, they have been very fast at responding to all enquiries we previously had. Any issues we had regarding the property were resolved extremely quickly with the estate agents constant communication. Very happy tenant!

The agency is simply amazing. If I ever come back to Manchester and be in search of a house,, they will be the first point of contact.
