S & D Taxis

I booked the taxi a week ago on a corporate account and needed to catch a train. The taxi arrived 10 minutes late after I called at the time it should of arrived and was told it was 2 minutes away! When the taxi turned up I told the driver he was 10 minutes late and he just laughed at me. As I booked this a week in advance I see that there should have been no reason for the lateness, and the service received by the driver was very rude and in courteous

Don't book with S&D taxis. Unreliable, late and argumentative team. They'll tell you, "The taxi is on its way" or "it'll be 5 minutes" when frequently you'll wait 25min+ for a taxi to arrive. They made me late for an appointment at least on 2 occasions. This morning they caused me to drop of my daughter late for school after it took more than 30min!!! for a taxi to arrive after being told that the taxi would arrive within 10min. I called to complain and the lady on the phone started arguing with me saying it hadn't been that long when I obviously can see in my call history when I rang initially. Dear S &D taxis, please learn to manage client expectations. If you know something will take 30min, tell your customer 30min, so he/she can then decide if she still wants to book you or not. Every professional company would know that. This was the last time I used your services.

Booked in advance night before with S&D for 8.30am this morning. Driver arrived at 8.48am giving 12mins to reach appointment in Bolton! When I phoned and stated the driver was late I was told 'we have to wait for drivers to clear' I stated I booked in advance so your driver arrives on time. If you cannot meet the time required at least have the courtesy to inform customers about this in advance! Appalling to treat long term customers of over 10yrs like this. This is a fast way to lose customers! Not happy at all with the service you provided today.

Can't complain good staff good drivers can't go wrong would recommend

Been great until a couple weeks ago
Left my partner who was 8 and a half month pregnant, stranded at Farnworth train station in the cold wet rain. Called for compensation in form of free taxi ride and was told she'd get one. Used them today and she's not been given it. Low and behold the calls aren't recorded and they don't recall me calling up to complain. Disgraceful. Need to either start recording calls or deliver promises.
