including: anxiety, stress, depression, abuse, dependency, eating disorders, relationships, loss and bereavement,

Sara`s aim is to listen, to understand and
to help you reach your potential.

She can provide a safe, caring and confidential environment which may encourage self discovery and promote change, if appropriate.


Sara`s approach is 'client-led',
which means she will go with you on your journey,
supporting you and helping you seek clarity.
Sara is a qualified Counsellor, with a Diploma in Integrative Counselling, a Certificate in Creative Therapies and a Certificate in Relationship Counselling.

Sara is also a Counselling Tutor, teaching students
on an Accredited Counselling Course
at Life-Force School of Counselling.

She has trained with the N. F. S. H, as a healer
and the Y. M. C. A. as an aerobics teacher.

Sara can offer you an initial assessment to
discuss your particular situation, followed
by weekly sessions of 50 minutes each,
with the option of an open-ended agreement
if considered beneficial to you.

She is a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, and is bound by the B. A. C. P. Ethical Framework for good practice.

Sara undertakes regular supervision, every month
to adhere to B. A. C. P. requirements, and holds Indemnity Insurance, an Enhanced C. R. B. Check and
a Certificate in First Aid at Work.
