This company is an absolute disgrace, not interested in our query whatsoever and when called to chase the quote the member of staff was rude and very unhelpful. Do not do business with them. Only given 1 star as otherwise google would not let me post the review. Don't even deserve the 1 star.

A beautifully made, high quality product. The technical assistance and detailed drawing produced by John Laughlin for the bespoke sized individual posts was absolutely excellent.

Delivery was exactly on time and the product was well protected for transportation

Easy to order, the products are clearly decribed with a good selection. All that you need to do the job is available and at fair prices. No minimum order quantity, perfect for the DIYer.

The ordering process was efficient and straightforward and the information which was provided to enable you to order the correct equipment was very good. A minor criticism if I may would be that having completed the order, it would be useful if an order number could be given which would be of use if there should be any queries.
