Without a doubt the best Thai restaurant in Brighton and Hove! Warm and friendly staff and atmosphere is amazing!. Had my wedding reception here and food as always amazing and full of flavour. Can not recommend Sabai enough!

What a great little Thai restaurant. The decor is exquisite (water feature), the staff are very friendly, the food is so fresh and so tasty. I had the Satay Gai for starter and the good old Pad Thai (with chicken) for my main. I dine here every time I come down to Brighton.

Went to Brighton for Valentines 2017 and came across Sabai Thai Gastrobar after some research on the hot spots. Very little cosy venue, food is spectacular. My recommendation would be the crispy duck for starters and Thai Green Chicken Curry. Absolute Lush

We eat every week Thai food...from various different places .... and even ate a lot of Thai in Thailand obviously...the home of the dishes



Yesterday started off a good day... thought we would stay over in Brighton for a night and we Google mapped local Thai restaurants.. 5his was the closest so we headed here.



The staff were very friendly on arrival and throughout.



To be honest I expected a normal run of the mill Thai dosh that doesn't resemble anything like we had in Thailand.... THIS place was an exception. Absolutely phenomenal food... the best I have ever had.... beats anything I had tasted previously.



Will come back to Brighton just for this restaurant

We found the Sabai Thai Gastrobar on the places to eat nearest to our Hotel website.

We perused the menu on line and decided it looked good. When we arrived in Brighton we looked for the restaurant, found it, and made a reservation for that evening. Well !! We were not disappointed, great food, great service, great ambience. Will definitely go back next time we are in Brighton, and will certainly recommend it to our friends.

Was visiting Brighton for the Vegfest 11/3 and decided we fancied Thai, we walked in off the street with no reservations made and they were very accommodating, staff are very friendly and the food is excellent..As Vegans we were very happy to have come across this lovely eatery...If and when we return to Brighton, this will most definitely be on our list of places to eat.

This is by far our favourite Thai restaurant in Brighton - we haven't been in yet but plan on coming in soon on our wedding anniversary. Whenever we get takeaway this is our go to as it is amazingly yummy food (with a Vegan Menu, which is totally awesome!). Would recommend it to everyone! ´┐¢´┐¢

Lovely quality food and nice friendly and polite service. Popped in without a reservation and we were given drinks at the bar with a short wait for a table. Will be back.

Love love this place!! I called a week ago hoping and praying I could make a 7pm reservation for two this past Friday (16/12)and Robert answered, although he told me they were fully booked he asked for my contact number and said he would speak to his manager and see what they could do. Well sure enough, Robert called me back within the hour and happily informed me that we were booked. I couldn't believe the customer service and how nice Robert was. Needless to say we had a lovely evening with not only a glass of Prosecco on the house, but a super delicious meal and outstanding customer service. Thanks everyone at Sabai, you guys are amazing at what you do!! ´┐¢´┐¢­ƒì¢

In my opinion the best Thai food in town, always a warm welcome by Gina and her friendly staff and always excellent service, perfect for any occasion and we will keep coming back. Thank you Sabai Thai, you never disappoint ´┐¢

Amazing customer service, excellent value for money and the food was just gorgeous. I have eaten there before and suggested we go for my friend's pre birthday lunch they went to great lengths to make it a most enjoyable lunch for her. Would recommend this restaurant to all my family and friends.

Always wanted to visit this little Thai restaurant after living in Brighton for nearly 20 years & so glad I did . We had a lovely welcome menu easy to choose from friendly staff and most of all food was good . We had chicken satay to start & Red Thai curry & chicken pad Thai it was tasty & warm . Will return in the future and would recommend it to people that love Thai food ­ƒì¢­ƒì¢­ƒìÀ­ƒìÀÔØñ x

Absolutely recommend this Thai restaurant, first visited a few years ago, was very impressed, have been back again this year, had a chilli mojito mmm, staff friendly, cheerful & informative, can't wait to enjoy another meal and maybe a cocktail or two
