Been coming here for the last 2 years since living in Fallowfield & Rusholme. Youssef is a great hairdresser & the other staff are also very helpful if his not around when I need a haircut/colour.

I was happy with the treatment but disappointed that despite making it clear before I had it that I wanted to take advantage of the 50% offer of taking a screenshot of the snapchat offering this. When it came to pay I was informed that I had to pay full price because I hadn't booked the treatment on line. I should've been informed this before I went ahead with the treatment.

Had highlights and cut done it didn't look like the pic I show them woke up this morning and they've gone yellow don't have a clue what to do now. Now I have to spend more money to fix this as I've already spent a lot on them to start off with. I alway have my haircut done here but I wouldn't have anything else done. And my haircut doesn't look amazing either it's my first sad experience here. Also when he was doing my hair he also started doing someone else's

Sabihas doesn't have the decency to inform her customers that she has been closed for several weeks taking people's deposits for her standing order and not offering a service or informing any of them no voicemail no sign... reads messages then deletes them instead of responding to her clients queries and returning our money ... she has decided to venture out on a new project .... Is that with our money ... legal services will be in touch if you don't return everyone's depisits and the inconvenience that you have caused totally unprofessional I would give you no stars if I could con artist
