Saddleworth will be showing the Champions League Final this coming Saturday night ko 8.00 pm at the Club. BBQ will be available. All welcome.

Saddleworth would like to congratulate both Elliot Lawrence and Luca Pemberton for making the Lancashire u11’s squad this year. We would also like to congratulate, Adam Anjum of Friarmere, Will Jackson of Greenfield and Rian Masuria of Hyde who all play in Oldham u11’s district team who also maintained their places in the Lancashire setup. Have a great season everyone and our fingers are crossed for a great season ahead.

Well done to @ashtoncc2015 Under 17s who came away from Well-I-Hole with a well deserved victory.
Also special mention to young Alfie Brazewell who helped out at short notice, then starred with 3 wickets in a good 4 over spell and played some classy shots while batting.

Just to make you all aware the Broadway Big Band will not be playing at the club this coming Sunday due to some unforeseen circumstances. Apologies for the cancellation.

Bowling green will open on Friday 19th April at 12 noon followed by an open handicap. All welcome to take part. Small entry fee. Food will be available and there will be the usual raffle.

Senior outdoor training started last Sunday at 1pm and Tuesday at 6.30pm. We have another Sunday practice on the square this Sunday at 1pm on the square and will then continue on Tuesday evenings. Anyone wanting to come down is more than welcome. The juniors start this next Friday evening from 6.30pm. We’re looking forward to getting the juniors down to practice before next weekends first games. We’re still on the look out for young cricketers and especially in the U11s category.
